Has got to be the best breakfast burrito place in Maricopa!! I have been on a vegetarian diet lately and my favorite burrito comes without the bacon - eggs, potatoes and cheese with all their yummy salsas! I go here usually once a week and the staff is always friendly and regardless if you are taking out or eating in they give you free chips and the salsa bar (which has tons of selections)! The food is okay, I like the Carne Asada, red chili sauce, and their guacamole salsa. Horchata is from a bag and tastes like pure sugar. I think the restaurant is clean and organized. The food is decent and an okay price for what you get. I love that you all have burrito bowl option but the tin makes everything taste like metal. My suggestion is to use a different type of bowl for your burrito bowls because it ruins the food. read more

Terrible food. We just moved here from the midwest and surprisingly, Tacos n More is some of the worst Mexican food I've ever had. The chips they gave me were as stale as cardboard. The chicken in the tacos was bland and fatty. Nothing had flavor, other than the cinnamon crisps which were ok. I couldn't believe the combo meal was $8.99 for that kind of quality. I'm new to the area. Just moved here from California. I've been craving some tacos and authentic Mexican food. My fiance and I decided to try this place. I ordered the three tacos special with beans and rice. I chose asada and tripas for the meat in my tacos. I have to say the red salsa is bomb. The rice is bomb. The beans are bomb. The asada is bomb. But I wasn't a fan of the tripas. I think they needed to be cut better and seasoned better. Next time I will be trying the asada fries! read more

Wish I was hungrier! I had steak tacos with corn tortillas. They were awesome! Quality meat, real cheese, fresh lettuce, tender tortilla....everything a taco should be. Food is great and very authentic. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and amount you get. The red salsa is always empty when I'm there and usually have to ask for some. The carne Asada Burritos are awesome. My only issue is the place is a little on the dirty side. The soda station area is always dusty. I have gone there 3 days in a row to find the same X I made in the dust on top of the soda dispenser. The people there when not busy just sit behind the counter and should be cleaning when store is slow. Just my opinion. but compared to Mexico im sure this is spotless. The service was perfect. The lady behind the counter was very courteous and helpful and big smile. Orderded the enchilada and shredded beef taco and the cheddar nachos. I was given a plate of chips and offered salsa bar while I waited for my order. My husband is very picky about his enchiladas and he love the enchilada and the shredded beef taco!!! I would give 5 stars but recently they have stopped offering the free chips while you wait for your order. There have been a few times, where it did take a long time to get my food, but it has never swayed me from going anywhere else. Of course, we again chatted with one of the owners, Mercy who was just a terrific hostess and down-to-earth great person. Very unhappy with Tacos 'n More. They used to be so good!! Tonight, we ordered burritos for pick up. The menu states that the burritos include rice, beans, cheese and pico on them. We ordered them minus the pico and added guacamole for 25 cents extra. What we got was unseasoned meat and guacamole and nothing else. They were inedible. I'm so sad now. read more

I just left the Gilbert location after it took 41minutes to get our food! I complained to the head cashier who informed me there was no manager available and no way to contact the manager or the owners. I was directed to the company website to contact the owners but that doesn't work either...After they acknowledged they screwed up and lost our ticket made us wait 40 minutes for four burritos, they said sorry and that was all planned to do. Then they offered me some free chips as compensation for their mistake. I told the young girl in charge that any other establishment would have immediately offered to give us the food for free. I was told that since I was taking the food with my there was nothing they could do! The food is great, I have been there four times this month alone....The owners should contact me and refund my money if they care about having a satisfied customer. When my wife and I first moved to Maricopa, we were disappointed that there were very few "authentic" restaurants. We saw Tacos N' More advertising they would be "opening soon" and we couldn't wait. The wait was WELL worth it. First, the food is very authentic. I lived in Mexico for a year and this what I was missing, right down to the refrescos in glass bottles and Mexican style ice cream bars. Second, their service is amazing. They are the definition of family owned and operated, and they always greet you with a smile and ask "Where have you been?" Finally, Tacos N' More is about as close as you get to home cooking because you are not limited to the menu. The fact that they have a menu is absurd because you can order any item any way you would like it. I always feel dumb asking "Can I get..." because they always answer "OF COURSE!" A must dine-in for any Maricopa resident, and a great stop if you venturing through or going to the casino. read more

This place is not OK. I'm raised in a Mexican house hold. I just don't taste the love in the food. Hit up my grandma's, eat, then go to tacos and more. You will probably think tacos and more is bland. The meat isn't seasoned, if it is I can't taste it. I've been to tacos and more a total of 30 times for lack of a better Mexican joint. And the owner the older lady that is always there got in a heated arguement with me and called me WHITE TRASH!!!! I told her were to go in Spanish. I have found a better tack shop called PePe's. Not impressed. This place used to be better, but lately they have been cutting quality in favor of cost savings. No longer do they give customers free chips. They have fairly average quality food, but for my money, there are a few other options in town. The burritos don't include anything, and every item (rice, beans, etc.) has a separate charge. I have been coming here since they opened. I love their food, but today I was disappointed in service. I had a coupon from the Entertainment book for $10 off any purchase of $20 or more. The coupon was specific to the Maricopa location and expired 8/26/15. The restaurant wouldn't honor it as they had decided they were no longer going to accept them. There was no sign published and when I called Entertainment customer service they had no record of Tacos n More to be removed from the program. What a terrible dinner!! In Maricopa there is not much eating places to choose from!! But we decided to try this place for the first time! The salsa table has a acrylic top and was super dusty!!! The food arrived and the meat in my tacos was burn and it seems that it was the left over (little tiny bits of over cooked meat) of the meat cooked throughout the day. My husdband carne asada was terrible and it seems that it was not even cooked the right way! I found a some sort of plastic stick in the refried beans! Horrible!!!!! My husband and I eat out at least 10 times a week. Next to our mortgage, dining out is our biggest expense. We eat at places from little taco stands with no seating to upscale, fine dining restaurants. I said all that to say this ... this is our absolute favorite place to eat! Really!! Am I the only one that finds this place disgusting? I ate here about 4 years ago and ended up throwing the whole meal away, save the rice. I tried it again today and it was just as bad, except even the rice was bad! The shreaded beef taco was disgusting four years ago, and still nasty cheap beef (with bbq sauce?) and off the shelf shell today. I have lived in AZ and Mexico my whole life and eat A LOT of Mexican food, both fast food and authentic style. This place is in my bottom five of all time. read more
