I ordered a family pack and asked about salsa, the young lady at the register said, " oh salsa is actually at the salsa bar" so I go there and there's only these tiny little containers. I was like oh goodness I will be here for ever. I asked if they had bigger containers for salsa and she said yes, so she gives me ONE! I filled it with the red sauce which is super spicy, they had green guacamole sauce, pico de gallo, limes, onion and cilantro. Now how on earth and I suppose to put all of that in ONE container. So I asked for a few more and got TWO and was told that they charge for this just to know this for future. My response was I ordered a family pack, I wouldn't be asking had I ordered something else. The asada is pretty fatty, but overall the food is alright and pretty decent Mexican food. Not sure if I will return after this. I will probably make cilantros my first choice. read more

As a native of Arizona, I have been exposed to all kinds of mexican food, good and bad. T&M is consistently very good. Their tacos are meaty, enchiladas are tasty, and my favorite dish, loaded nachos, are the bomb! I oredered a couple dozen tamales at christmas, and they were HUGE, and full of moist tender meat. I ventured over to Maricopa to visit some friends and found this little place. I always like to give my business to locally owned and operated places, especially family places such as this one. It's a cute little place, a house turned into a dining room, and it's cozy and warm. The service was friendly and fast. And the tacos were delicious!! They have a lovely salsa bar with many choices but I am such a wimp when it comes to heat. The pico de gallo was yummy and fresh and the chips were crisp and fresh too. I don't get to Maricopa often but when I do, you will be sure I will be going back to Tacos N' More!! read more

Waited over an hour for a couple of breakfast burritos. Got skipped over more than 5 times for orders that were phoned in and customers that had come in 20 minutes after us. Not good customer service at all. Unfortunately, we won't be returning which is a shame being that they are one of a few Mexican food places in the town. The time is took waiting for our food (which still wasn't out when we went to ask for a refund) we could of went to central Phoenix and back. read more

I arrived today at 10:44 to order what is now 11:38. I asked to see what was taking so long and was told "it's a large order". I got my money back when that was said. The food was horrible. Went with my family and this was our first time there. I ordered the steak tacos. The meat had a significant amount of fat, it was cold and no flavor what so ever. It was not authentic by no means. My sister ordered a steak meal and she was fighting with it more than eating it! I complained to the owner and my sister then ordered two tamales meal. The tamales were extremely dry and asked the owner to come back. Told her we've never had horrible food like this before. How could her establishment last if the quality of food is equivalent to government food? Never again will we ever step foot in that restaurant again! Every time and I do mean every time I go to Tacos N More, there is an issue. If you eat there the order is wrong and when you say something about the order they will always give you an argument about it. Order to go they forgot something. They told me this time that it happens sometimes that they forget? Really you sometimes forget. They have this opps sorry attitude but you feel they clearly are not sorry because it keeps happening and they never offer any type of compensation. They have no clue how to be customer service oriented. It's is too bad because they do have great food but this is why businesses fail. read more

The food was amazing. I was born and raised a stones throw from the border, so I know what good Mexican food tastes like. This has good food. The service is absolutely awful, but if you can overlook some lazy, put out, gloomy looking teenager with a super prissy attitude, then you'll be just fine. a hole-in-the-wall joint with a great staff and simple but delicious food. the salsa bar has a fantastic avocado salsa! great ceviche, and the other items are served in a standard, quick-service mexican style. order at the counter, then take your seat. they have a large selection of bottled mexican beers and mexican-style coca-cola. this is one of my standbys in maricopa. it definitely beats the other greasy spoon chains. read more

This business started in a dumpy little building South of the tracks. They survived by serving great food. As they have now moved to a much nicer location, their prices seem to have gone up but I am sure that it is because of the rent that they have to pay.. I wish they had better combo meals. I don't know, maybe I hit this on an off day. I ordered two enchiladas with carne asada, and one fish taco. The fish taco was not solid fish, it was like chunk light fish, and smelled very fishy. Hard to get the smell out of my office. The enchilada meat was good, but the sauce was, I would say, just okay. It's not horrible, but it's definitely not the best Mexican food I've ever had. If you compare it to other Mexican food in Maricopa, probably not so bad. But overall, not totally happy, and not sure I'm ready to give it another shot. Once again their lousy customer service rears their ugly head. I never would've gone back to his place, but my family decided to order food to go, which they completely messed up. I took the food back, explained the situation and was proceeded to be argued with by the vapid "manager" who has no concept of customer service. We've tried the breakfast burritos, steak and eggs, huevos rancheros and chilaquiles, all spectacular! And I'm a huge fan of the guacamole salsa, spicy but addictive! We are new in town and had been looking for a good Mexican place for the family. We ordered takeout on a weekday night. We called in and gave ample time for our order to be filled. When we arrived to get the order and pay, we found the restaurant to be packed with customers. We payed for our order and grabbed items from the salsa bar to go. The salsa bar had a great variety but had been picked over by the large crowd. After waiting for an abnormal length of time I checked back with the counter staff. It seems in the rush of customers they had forgotten to call our number and our food had been sitting on the rack of to go orders. Understandable considering the volume of people they had. When arriving home we found the order was filled correctly and most of the items were still hot despite the long wait time on the to go rack. We tried a varied selection of the menu that included the asada burrito, tacos, carne asada fries, posole, quesadilla, etc. Most of the food was pretty good, the flavors were consistent with any Mexican restaurant or slightly better. The exception was the carne asada fries. I really expected real cheese instead of a processed type cheese and I also am used to guacamole and pico topped fries. They were good, just a little bit of a let down. The posole was very good, full of pork and hominy, until I found plastic wrap in it. I called the restaurant and informed them of what I found and offered to show it to them. I wound up having to pour out an early full container due to the plastic wrap. I had hoped for a call from the manager for replacement or some offer to make it right. Overall I can only give this place two stars based on the experience we had. I understand things happen but I have given this place a week in hopes of correcting the one major issue and have heard nothing. I'd be willing to try them again, because everyone has an off night on occasion. read more

My husband and I were in Maricopa house hunting and stopped in for lunch upon the recommendation of our realtor. We found the staff very friendly and accommodating. We were surprised by the quality of the food, don't let the ordering from the counter fool you, the food was very tasty and the portions were more than adequate. Just moved here from TX where it's really difficult to find bad Mexican food. We were forewarned about this place but decided to try it away. Really oily taquitos, old lettuce, we couldn't recognize what they called salsa and the person behind the cash register had a really bad attitude when we ordered because we had questions about the menu. Too expensive for a taco shop. They give you a handful of stale complimentary chips after that it's $.99 for refills. Real mexican restaurants offer free refills on chips.not that we would have wanted any. My husbands enchilada was tiny and the tamale was over microwaved ,and that paper it was wrapped in was stuck to it and it was so hard he didn't even eat it. The beans were bland .the rice was tasty but cold. I had a beef taco that was ok. And the bill came to $28.00 I would expect to pay about $10 at taco bell for what we got .the quality of the food would have been about the same. Ok i've been coming here a lot but yesterday I will never go back..... EVER!! It's a shame because I loved this place and will come here every other week with my hubs.. here's what happened: We get there and it was insanely hot inside, I thought it was just me because I am preggo but my hubs said it was a scorcher inside. I sat down and he went to go to the salsa bar for our chips. He was waiting in line behind some "fluffy" lady, she took too long and he sat back down. We were both looking at her so we knew when the salsa bar was free.. and then we see her dipping chips inside the salsa bar!! And not just a little chip she was getting gobs and gobs of it even though she is still standing there with salsa in her cups already. She was sticking her whole hand in it it seemed like because she had salsa on her hand and we were about to call the worker over there to let her know what this customer is doing, but then we saw her double dipping her chips!! I sat there in shock.. she double dipped! It's now become a Seinfeld episode! I apparently said the same thing pretty loudly because the couple in the booth behind us stopped and stared at her as well. The worker there must have heard me, she looked at us, looked at Senorita Fluff and stood there with her mouth hanging open at the entire scene. I thought the worker was going to tell her to stop, remove the salsa and let her be on her way but no.... the worker went up to the salsa bar, looked at her and poured fresh salsa inside the bar. So there was new salsa mixed with fluffy germs from that customer. The couple behind us got up and trashed their food and left. We should have done the same thing, we just got our food and thought that since Senorita Fluff wasn't in the back cooking our food, it would be fine but my poor hubs got sick after eating. We love this place for a number of reasons. First, we can ride our bikes there with our kids, and they love the food. Secondly, it's a great value. The food is solid--not the best you'll have in your life, but it's certainly good food. We have had breakfast burritos several times, and they're also very good. I will say this: whatever you order, typically it's a large portion, so we are able to share and never leave hungry. This will remain a monthly spot for us so long as we live in the Copa! read more

My first visit here was great, the second a bit of a letdown, the third was stellar again. Adobada was dry last time (particularly unfortunate in what seems to be a braised version of this dish). But on the next visit the taco salad was excellent with tender, well-seasoned shredded beef and a good dollop of guacamole. We also enjoy the fresh salsa. read more

I finally got an opportunity to try Tacos N More. We went there for lunch today. The Shrimp Burrito is awesome! It tastes excellent along with the Fish Burrito. The chicken tacos are not too bad as well. They have an excellent menu selection for picky young ones as well. Chicken nuggets with fries or cheese quessodilla. Their French fries are fresh and crispy. They too taste good. I will for sure be back there to eat again. As we were eating, I noticed several others ordering food. This tells me that the locals have found a liking to the place. I do feel that the pricing is slightly higher but not terrible. I'm looking forward to going back for some cervesa or a frozen Margarita! Finally, they also offer a small taco bar with salsas to try out! read more

I ordered the cheese enchilada combo plate which is pretty good other than getting probably a half a cup of rice if that and I ordered a Carna Asada burrito in the meet was so tough I had to spit it out very disappointed once I opened up the Burrito to take the meat out it so I could just eat a bean burrito I noticed there was hardly any meat and it was very dark and dried out it seems the bigger the place grows the quality of the food goes down the toilet not sure if I'll go back ever again read more

Several People behind us all got their food first We waited a long time for our food to go once we were home they forgot some of our order , I called them to let them know we would be back. Once we went back there they argued that the enchilada was in the original bag. Inferring we were lying about not having the enchilada. When asked about the people in front of us getting their food first the gentleman behind the counter said I "well that's just the way it goes". Never have we been treated that way at a restaurant. It is definitely good for the price, but I didn't see quite what all the buzz is all about. Perhaps we are all just deprived in the culinary department out here in Copa. In other words, there just isn't much to choose from. The service was pleasant and fairly fast. This is a good place for Mexican take out, and the prices were decent.
