However, the Godfather Truck completely knocked me off my feet. Here was a truck that was serving food that felt like it was made at a true restaurant. It was some of the best food on wheels I've ever had. I try to seek out as many LA food trucks as I can and I am upset with myself that I didn't come across these guys sooner.
