I always pass by this truck on my way to the gym and one day, I figured that it would be okay to try it once and then go hard with the workout later in the week. I parked at a lot adjacent to food truck and saw that the line was moving fast. I scoped out the menu for awhile since it had been a long time since I tried this type of dish. Their most popular item on the menu is their quesataco estilo Tijuana. I ordered the quesataco and a regular taco de birria along with their consommé. This is the first taco truck in my life that hands you salt packets with your tacos. It gives you an indication that you're going to need it. I took one bite out of each taco and both were bland. You'll definitely need salt packets for their tacos. Or you'll need to dip them in their consommé. What they excel here is their consommé "con todo" with heaping amounts of birria de res. My suggestion as is you come for the consommé and ask for tortillas on the side. It's a good option in the area but it definitely isn't the best. read more
