We also ordered some drinks which are either soda, water or frescas. I had the horchata which was very good but too sweet but there's nothing an additional ice can't fix. We ended up all full and satisfied. Everything was great. I could have easily given them five stars but we were overcharged. The next day my friend went and inquired about it. Every now and again, when he gets a request from someone, he would say "OK no problem!" and continues with kneading, rolling, and transferring the dough to the big ol' frying machine. The guy was calling his food a Chinese pizza but it's actually a Chinese street food called Jiang Xiang Bing(酱香饼) which basically means "saucy pancake". If you can't speak Chinese(don't worry he does understand English though but he spoke to me in Mandarin by default lol), just give him $10 and he will give you a portion. If you don't have cash, he has QR codes for digital payments and once it goes through you can hear his phone notification from his car. When he's done making the bread and ready to chop it, he will ask you how spicy you want it. You can say "xiao la" for mild or say yes and nod your head for the regular spicy lol. The pan fried flat bread was crispy and the sweet and spicy soy bean sauce really went well with it, I'd get it again!!!

But this week - it was Flying Pig, Tornado Potato, Chunk-n-Chip, Greasy Wiener, Calbi, and the Shrimp Pimp Trucks. I came during the inaugural week, where Shrimp Pimp, Calbi and Greasy Wiener was at, but I missed last week where there were other trucks that weren't there during the first week or this week. We told them it would be for 70 people and the guy they sent was serving so much meat in each taco that he ran out of food within an hour and a half! We had fewer than 50 guests attend, yet the vendor ran out of meat within an hour and left early. Several guests arrived expecting tacos and were unable to get any because the meat was gone and the vendor had already left. Thankfully, we had other food available to supplement the meal. We have hired Ke Ricos Tacos before, but after this experience, we will not be using them again and would not recommend them based on the service we received.
