They definitely know how to prepare the mole. It it was the perfect consistency and just the right amount of sweetness... It was just like how my grandmother used to make it. The beans though... Blew me away. They took me back to refried beans my grandpa used to make. They were so delicious. I hardly touched my rice because I wanted to eat all of the beans. I ordered my platter with flour tortillas and I got too big flour tortillas so there was definitely plenty to go around. The mole sauce alone with the flour tortilla was delicious. The restaurant offers your standard soda, fountain beverages, as well as homemade Jamaica. They also offer Tamarindo and Horchata, but those are not homemade. The Jamaica was delicious just like how my Mexican mother-in-law from Michaocán makes it. It was the perfect amount of tart and sweet.
