This was some of the best Mexican food I've had in a long time. I really enjoyed it. Ordered some food the other day for lunch and had the chili Ranchos, which were out of this world. Service was great. I will definitely be back.

From the salsa to their chile verde burrito, everything was tasty. You can tell that the sauce/salsa was homemade. First time here after living in town for 21 one years. Glad I took a chance. Wish I would have come here sooner

Food: 3.75. Came by for an early Monday dinner. We were greeted promptly and seated. A basket of tortilla chips and salsa were brought to our table. The salsa provided is spicy. They also offer a mild version. We ordered the beef fajitas and #5 chili relleno and beef enchilada. My beef fajitas came with a choice of salad or soup, a plate of beans, rice, sour cream, and guac, and a choice of corn or flour tortillas. Food came out timely and at the right temperature. Portions were large. All of the food was good. Service was very friendly and efficient. Service: 4.5 Value: 4

Stopped in on a rainy day after a wrestling tournament and since this was right next to the school we stopped in. The space was large with no wait. Staff were friendly and welcoming with smiles galore. In the rear a large birthday party taking place so a great spot for groups. Since it was raining the Pazole was the call and I loved the fact you could order a small or large bowl. I went with the small bowl accompanied by 2 flour tostada with a smear of beans, onion and cabbage to top the soup with. The small was the perfect size to fill up warm up and not feel sluggish.

Fried Ice Cream! It was so fresh and to good to not quickly take a bite! Fresh whipped cream!

It's been a very long time since I've tasted authentic Mexican food and this place surpasses all restaurant! Amazing customer service, started off with a sherry temple. Perfect start and a side salad they offered soup but passed it up. Delicious freshly made ranch on top of fresh Romain lettuce. Next I ordered the Enchiladas de Cameron! Wow, I was shocked at how homemade everything is, so cheesy and the sauce they use is definitely homemade! Fresh and authentic. Excellent food & customer service. To end my birthday dinner I had some beautifully presented fried ice cream, definitely homemade whipped cream and wow just wow amazing! Definitely coming back!!

Freshly made Chips & Salsa (has a nice kick to it)

Food was DELICIOUS!!! Free homemade Chips & Salsa and even free refills on their homemade Horchata!! The portions are huge! This is now my favorite Mexican restaurant!!! The food is authentic and the music is nice and definitely adds to the ambiance! The service is great; the food did not take too long to arrive and the Ladies are always checking on us to see how they can help. Shoutout to Basila & Graciela for working hard and being positive & upbeat!!

Beef fajita plates overflowing.. Huge portions

So up in Lompoc visiting family.. first time visiting this restaurant. We were greeted immediately and seated.. Staff was friendly and professional and the restaurant very clean. It has a very Mom and Pop feeling inside.. decorated nicely with Adobe walls. The food was amazing.. the portions were all huge and everything tasted amazing. Food was delivered quickly and the servers were constantly asking us if we needed anything else. I'm not exaggerating when I say.. this was the best fajitas that I've ever had. It was like they used an entire red pepper and green pepper.. So fresh and yummy!! The chimichanga was overflowing with meat and the nacho plate was huge. The chips and salsa (hot) were excellent. My only disappointment is that I don't live near this restaurant! If you live nearby you must try this place as it was amazing!!

This was surprisingly really good. I ordered the huarache and a fountain drink for total of $10…read more The food was very filling and delicious. I never tried a huarache before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The base is like a crispy dough, and I got it with all the toppings (no meat). I really liked the sauce they put on top of the dish. The service was very quick and nice. Inside is a very causal dining seating. The surrounding area is a little confusing, and it was hard to find via google maps.

Really wanted to love this place and give it the glowing remarks that they seemed to have on here…read more We passed up a few other places because of the reviews on here. We decided on this place because it stated that they served menudo/pozole on the weekends and that is what I was in the mood for. As soon as we walked in we noticed it was a tad warm. As if they didn't have the a/c on. However, they had their front door open. We walked up to the counter, and my husband was giving the cashier our order, but she seemed like she was in a hurry. Which was weird because no one was behind us. We chose a table closest to the front door, so it was cooler. About 5 minutes past and our number was called so my husband got up to get our order and as he started walking back towards out table I could tell on his face something was wrong. He set the tray down that had chips, salsa and his plate of chicken taquitos, rice and beans and says "apparently they no longer have anymore pozole so she didn't charge me." So why did not one come to our table and let us know and see what we wanted instead? Why did they wait until this was done to tell us knowing this was a dine in order? So then I say ok well can I just get what you ordered? By this time there was about 6 people ahead of my order. So now my husband's food was getting cold even though I insisted he eat but he refused to eat until I received mine. As I said, we wanted to love this place. We've learned that little unassuming hole in the wall places such as these are gems, but when customer service fails like this, you don't make people want to come back. It was just really careless. No one was behind us when our order was submitted. There was at least 5 minutes that past before a line formed after us. There were only 3 items on that order between the front of the house and the back of the house no one caught that one of those orders was an item you ran out of, and you should probably fix that sooner rather than later? Being in the restaurant business is being of service to people and in that moment I the customer and my best interest was not a priority and that's disappointing.

Oh boy, real Santa Maria BBQ! Woo Hoo! Tri-Tip is the name of the game in these parts so that's what I'm doing. Got the Tri-Tip Dip and a side of BBQ sauce so I could have it both ways. I was really looking forward to these West Coast Chili Beans too. Wife wanted BBQ Chicken so I got her the BBQ Chicken Combo. I asked the girl at the register if we could get dark meat with the combo. She looked a little confused and said "You mean like Tri-Tip?" Oh boy. No, dark meat chicken like a thigh and drumstick. "Oh, do you want a breast or a thigh?". Let's roll with the thigh, thanks. Our food came out pretty quickly. I asked for horseradish for the Tri-Tip Dip and was politely told they don't have any. Silly me, why would they have horseradish when they sell a French Dip Sandwich? The Tri-Tip Dip was decent. Not going to lie. The West Coast Chili Beans were a disappointment. I expected so much better. The BBQ sauce was runny and tastes like molasses and maple syrup. Nah, Stick with the Au Jus and you will be fine. The Chicken Combo was a train wreck. Beans cold, rice cold, chicken overcooked by a mile. It's not easy to overcook the hell out of dark meat chicken but they found a way. Wife not happy, at all. It's another one and done. Sorry Rancho Nipomo Deli & BBQ.
