Best tacos and mulitas around. This little taco truck has grown up into a restaurant.

This truck is convenient for me and I've ordered from them four times. I usually get carnitas or fish tacos and burritos. First vistit last year the pork tacos were good. Second visit the carnitas in my burrito was dry and overall flavorless. Third visit I had a fish burrito that tasted like carnitas. Fourth visit, last week, I had another pork burrito, which was good- not great- just good. This is a pretty standard taco truck- convenient but meh. read more

Stopped by for lunch on Saturday. Tried the Quesi Birria and Carne Asada plate. The Quesi Birria was delicious, especially when dipped in the small cup of soup. Some pico de gallo would have been great. The carne asada plate was tasty and filling. The amount of meat was more generous than other restaurants I've tried. I've eaten here before and it was pretty darn good! Today I got a quesadilla with a wet, spongy tortilla that was incredibly salty. 4 street tacos, a quesadilla and soda cost $27 which felt a little spendy, especially since the quesadilla was so disappointing. Great food but horrible customer service when trying to call to place a order! Got hung up on several times when trying to call in my order and when they answered they just layed the phone down on the counter on purpose to make it stop ringing. Not nearly as good as it once was. the truck parked in a gravel lot was great for years. Now they have a building and is way busier because people are weird that way (food truck? I'm not eating that). Quality has diminished and they have too many different cooks now with no consistency. Sometimes raw onions sometimes grilled onions. They used to give you a grilled Jalapeno to nibble on with your taco order but no more and the green sauce is not the same as it was. The meats are sometimes good but seems like they put to much on the flat top now which creates steam instead of a nice crisp like it used to be. (I used to love the Lengua and Tripa). The Burritos now are loaded with rice. The soups used to be awesome but no more. So Disappointing I wish they were still the old taco truck that was parked in the gravel lot with great food. Finally, with the cost of a new restaurant the prices have blown it all away it is not even close to what it once was. SAD...... as it was 5 stars at one time. read more

Burrito was not good at all. Smallest burrito I ever ate. It was thrown together and the foil was the only thing holding it in a somewhat burrito shape. Meat was tasteless due to poor quality. Won't ever be back, Taco Bell is better and I'll never eat there. read more

The service here isn't great. The girls upfront have a hard time focusing on their customers and are easily distracted. They were walking around eating. The food service from the kitchen was fast. Found this little gem on a road trip through Washington and what a find! Authentic Mexican food in a random gravel parking lot (the best Mexican food is always where you least expect it). I would give zero stars if I could. We arrived at 4:45 and waited in line for about 5 minutes before we even ordered. There were probably 9 orders (some single people, and others who were in pairs or groups) ahead of us. I noticed a sweet looking old man in suspenders who had already ordered and was waiting for his food. I finally place my order- 3 tacos, an order of chalupas, and a burrito, and then I wait... and wait... and wait. People who ordered after me received their food including a family of 5 who ordered at least 30 minutes after me. Everyone receives their food, including the 5 orders behind me, and the sweet old man and I are the only ones still waiting for food. I walk up to the window and ask, "did you forget our orders?" Gesturing to the man. The woman says that our orders are almost ready and a couple minutes later says my order is ready. I tell her that the old man has been waiting much longer than me and she says, "oh yeah, he's #19, it's next." At this point I'm dumbfounded at how it's possible that his order is not done. I have been waiting 45 minutes at this point and he had ordered before I even arrived! The guy says to me, "we're the wrong skin color." So I get my food and the burrito is missing. I tell the woman that my burrito is missing and she says that she didn't hear me order it, she didn't charge me for it, and that they can make me one now if i want to wait and pay for it. I ended up just leaving because I didn't want to wait another 45 minutes. I paid $14 and some change, before the $3 tip I left. I remember the tacos were 1.95 each and I thought the order of chalupas was $3 and some change. It doesn't add up that she didn't charge me for the burrito (but I could be wrong). They never once apologized for the long wait or for the mistake on my order. I am never one to pull the racism card, or be a victim of any kind. It was either a really big coincidence that the only two fair skinned people were the last to be served, or really poor management, either way, I won't ever come back. The irony is that I'm Mexican, but light skinned. I actually had this taco truck at my wedding (we wanted tacos el Rey from the Tulalip reservation but they were booked and referred us to this one.) I wonder if my maiden name Rivera had anything to do with the better treatment we received at that time. Very disappointed with our experience today and would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

The rudest service I have ever seen. I ordered 12 Asada tacos, after paying I realized that I had been charged for burritos instead. I went to the window to let them know that a mistake had been made. Apparently the girl had asked me if I wanted burritos but I thought she had asked me to confirm beef. My mistake possibly. However Coral D. made a big deal of having to refund for burritos and having to change the order to tacos. Bad enough, but then as I was standing off to the side, I overheard her talking to the next customer and belittling me. When the food was done, I informed Jose about the rudeness and that I would no longer be a customer there, rather than apologize he just laughed and said OK. Apparently they do not care about repeat business. By the way, their food is not that great. Many better places to do business without being subjected to rudeness! read more

This place has been the best taqueria I have ever had in my life. I live 35 miles away and never thought twice about making the 70 mile round trip. They used to be a taco truck that was always packed, and for good reason. I was pleased to see they did well enough to open a really nice brick and mortar restaurant. I thought, damn! good for them. But, sadly, it went from best food ever to mediocre, at best. I've been in the restaurant business for decades and I'll say this. I understand. It used to be one couple who ran the truck. Now it's a big crew. The food used to be so good that I will give them a second chance, and a third, and probably a fourth. Like a beloved family member who is struggling. Here is my hope. That the owners who know what they're doing to please prioritize the training of the new staff. Please, please, please teach them how you're supposed to do it. It's really important to me. It would break my heart to think that one of my most beloved parts of my life has disappeared. I'll be back! read more

I've eaten at three of their trucks and they are all great. It's Mexican truck food (street food), so it's limited menu and very casual. But it's consistently very good. The food is always fresh and the tostada's crisp. If you like simple Mexican street food, give these trucks a try, I think you'll agree. read more

Really good taco truck! I've been several times, had the adobada and carnitas in either tacos or burritos, husband usually has the carne asada in a burrito. Everything has been really good, the burritos normally have jalapeños, cabbage, rice, beans, avocado, etc in them and are a good size (especially for the price). I just wish they rolled the burritos tighter, they are always just folded over when I open the foil and I re-roll them. read more
