They have a small area next to the ordering window where you can sit down to eat your food. Well not really sit down, you have to stand and eat lol, but I didn't really mind. I definitely want to eat here again next time I come to the swap meet. Some of the other items on their menu look good like the hard shell tacos and the torta. After we got our meal, we decided to eat it in our car fresh instead of bringing it back to the hotel. The chicken sandwich was so delicious! It was super crunchy. I think it was deep fried with the corn flake crust. It was one of the more unique chicken sandwiches I've ever had. The chicken cutlet was relatively thin, but still scrumptious! I haven't had anything like this before! The French Fries were good. They needed a little bit more salt for me. The Cajun corn was slightly spicy. The cooks in the food truck prepare the orders from scratch. While we were waiting for the order, we saw a lot of the chicken cutlets being prepared and deep fried.
