This little food truck was located near my hotel but I decided to try it. I was a little skeptical about how the food would be because it was located in a gas station parking lot. As I was sitting contemplating whether or not to eat there, I noticed multiple other people were pulling into the gas station to get nothing other than food from this truck. Ok, you hooked me food truck. I ordered the flauta americana, which were chicken and came topped with cheese, gauc, lettuce, tomato, and sour cream (I ordered mine without). There was also radish, a lemon, and a little thing of salsa on the side. I mixed all the toppings together and ate it with every bite of the flautas. The flauta were made fresh to order and came out hot and crunchy! The gauc had really good flavor and a freshness to it. The tomato and lettuce were fresh and crisp. The green salsa that came with it was really nicely seasoned. I didn't think it was spicy so I added some of the habanero hot sauce they had to kick it up a few notches! My bf got the torta cubana and he really liked it so I obviously had to try it. All I am going to say is I liked his even more than mine and I wish I got both! It was a very well-balanced torta with complex flavors! If I am ever driving through here again, I would definitely stop here to get more food. Just note: the only seating they have is 2 smaller foldable tables with metal chairs next to the truck. They do not have water cups. The truck is also a little loud. Lastly, it is a food truck so if it's cold outside I recommend taking the food home or back to the hotel.

Taco presentation. Two carnitas and one asada. Don't be afraid of the grilled chili on the side. It's not that spicy.

Waivered on 3 or 4 stars. Clean looking Taco Truck right in the Chevron parking lot off I-5 and Hammer. I got two carnitas and one asada taco. Quick friendly service here and the tacos were tasty. I'd like the meat itself to be more flavor packed but the salsa, onions, and little grilled side chili made up for it nicely. Loved the grilled onions put off to the side. The asada could be a bit more tender too. I'll return soon to try the sopes and ceviche tostada and perhaps bump up it up to 4 stars.

Besides the Visual presentation of the truck sitting on wood blocks so it doesn't roll and the body damage on the ordering side of the truck, the tacos really aren't that bad they're not the best and they're not the worst

Awesome . It's a different kind of taco truck coz they have a lot of selections . I always like the cabeza taco but it's a dollar more expensive. Their burrito is only $5 and totally big and worth it. I only picked mild coz I can taste anything if it's way too spicy . Their hours is 10:30 - 8 pm and on weekends they close at 9pm. Very nice couple . I will try some of the gourmet Mexican food in a truck

Worst taco truck I've ever been to! Ordered Cocktail de Cameron and it took over 15 minutes, I asked what's the holdup and they said they didn't have enough? Might want to think about taking the "Mariscos" part out of your name! For those who don't know, cocktail de cameron is not cooked, it's prepared before you open so that the flavor would be amazing all day long. If you ran out just say that! That's my fault for going to a taco truck on the north side!

Really good tacos! Got the them with asada and the meat was cooked and seasoned well. The coktel de camaron y pulpo had good flavor but was light on the pulpo. Service was prompt and courteous, I'll def be going back.

    Tripas tacos everything hot

Had too review my go to taco truck. I always and only get their tripas. I've heard there Asada is greatly seasoned as well but my fave is tripas. Burritos are the best, still need to try their other food but overall a great taco truck with a variety of food options.

The owners remember your name, your usual order, and greet you like you've been coming there for years--even if you haven't. You pull up thinking you're just grabbing a quick bite, and next thing you know you're laughing, talking about your week, and wondering how a food truck just outdid most sit-down restaurants in customer service. They're running a full kitchen out of a truck and still make time to treat every person like a regular. Great food, great people, and an all-around good vibe. I recommend the steak sandwich, the Super Sammy Special. Honestly, give it some time and it'll probably be renamed the Jason Special J/K. 100% recommend. Just don't be surprised if you leave in a better mood than you showed up with.

While everything on the menu sounded great, I was really just in a munchie mood and decided to order just fries. The staff were super accommodating and graciously gave me one of each sauce to try, which I really appreciated. The ordering process was easy, and as promised when I placed my order, the fries were ready within a few minutes, sauces and all. For $6, I was happy with the size of my order. The sauces were also unique and I enjoyed alternating between them for a different experience each bite. My favorites were the Caesar and the spicy ketchup. My coworkers said they liked their orders as well. The garlic fries looked and smelled amazing but I didn't want garlicky breath for the rest of the conference, so I'll have to try those next time!

Unlike Tracy we have NO restaurants here so having this for the residents is a great idea. Tonight debut was small with Mamas and the Tapas (from Stockton), Sweet Stuff Cupcakes (from Tracy) and Rice Pot Movement (from Stockton). I freakin' love the community here and the residents coming up with suggestions for trucks to get involved, the lineup was a good one and is just what MoHo needs. Hanging in the Park on a gorgeous Summer evening and enjoying some delicious food and great company. I even got some Yelpy friends over from Tracy to join in with the fun and experience this wonderful little town. The organizers did a good job of getting the trucks here but the trucks themselves either didn't come prepared or lacked organisation. Cupcakes were sold out within 20 minutes! Boo! Mama's and the Tapas ran out really quickly. We ordered at 6:45 and were out of 2 of the 3 items we wanted. We ordered 1 item and waited 35 minutes for it to be ''cooked'' only to be told they had ran out. Frustrating. Luckily Rice Pot Movement came prepared for the crowds and although it took 45 minutes for the food to be cooked it was really good. Seeing that this was the first event hopefully it will be used as a learning curve for future. Word is that the next one will be in 2 weeks. Looking forward to future events!
