The communication with Kyle was superb, he did a great job at quickly replying to my constant questions, and gave me thorough information. The prices were very reasonable, and the food was better than any other taco cart I've ever had. Luis and Cristian were our cooks for the day of the party, and they did such an excellent job. It was easily 100 degrees outside when they had to set up, but they worked hard regardless, and were very respectful to everyone. They cleaned up after, and we just needed to provide containers, into which they packed all the leftovers into. We catered for 50-60 people. It was a very seamless process with Kyle. Initially we were hesitate because we've never tasted their food but I will tell you, the meat (carne asada, al pastor, and chicken) was great quality and soooo flavorful!!! The salsa bar is amazing in itself with all your taco fixings!! Staff arrived timely to set up and met the time we wanted to start serving our guests. We had 3 hours of fresh tacos with more than enough food for guests to take home. Kyle was proactive in contacting me and walking me through all the options so I could be sure our space would accommodate the taquero cart. Was at my niece's swim meet today. About 5 or 6 food stands in attendance. Got 3 chicken street tacos from Tacos y Mas Catering. Super yummy. Tacos weren't greasy. Corn tortillas were soft and not soggy. Rice wasn't clumping. Beans weren't slimy. The fresh radishes were sliced rather than quartered so were easier to eat. The cucumber slices were crisp if a little dry. Lime wedge wasn't hard and actually had a good amount of juice when squeezed. Tacos were well seasoned without being overly salted or spicy. For spice fans, there was a grilled chili pepper (maybe serrano?) and container of sauce to amp up the heat. No skimping on meat. Only things missing were pico de gallo and pickled veg but in light of everything else, that's just a minor nit. High quality ingredients. Was not a gut bomb and no appointment with the porcelain throne afterwards. Great value. Not a cash grab. The care that went into this simple plate of food was apparent from the first look and bite.
