When we went there yesterday after my cousin found that out things went left from there. Another person in our party ordered nachos and asked for no pico bc she is ALLERGIC to onions , the server who clearly was not focused put pico on the food anyways! So we tried to send the food back to have it remade. They sent the food back and PICKED the pico off of the food instead of completely remaking the dish!!!!! The server told us that the kitchen said "we're not remaking anything for THAT table." ?????? We literally hadn't even done anything other than the fact that my cousin, rightfully so , was PISSED bc the server let her pay her tab again AFTER I had already paid. So why did the entire restaurant decide they wanted to refuse us service? IDK. After it's all said and done we ask for our checks and it's almost as though no one wants to service us . The shrimp was great sized and cooked to perfection so with each bite you taste the combination of shrimp and coleslaw one doesn't out weigh the other. The street tacos and margaritas were amazing! Our waiter, Nancy, was very welcoming. The setting was very relaxing and comfortable.

Right now I don't know if I am angry or extremely disappointed. I have been to Adrian's many times in the past including the Katy Location and this one, and I have never in all the times that I have been there, be so shocked by what I received. Normally, I don't complain about food however, the shock was so monumental that I immediately told the staff that the food was unacceptable. To my surprise there was no manager on site, therefore, I wasn't able to really express my disappointment. I normally don't complain to get a refund because it takes away from the actual "complaint", however, the food was so bad, that I would've happily taken a refund. The tacos, had half the portion that they normally have... The meat was dry, and no trimmings were on top of the tacos at all, I wouldn't have served this to my dog (I would've been ashamed). Management should pay attention to this because I would not recommend this place for anyone let alone my dog. They need to fix their kitchen, and they need to fix it fast. read more
