Wow, what the great people here I highly recommend it to everyone. As soon as they find out it's my birthday they surprise me with a dessert and that was awesome Happy place Thanks to Brandon and keani.

When going to meet friends who wanted to try this place for their tacos, we arrived sooner to take in some drinks. We were great by a gentleman who turned out to be the bartender, waiter n host. (Granted it was a Memorial Day, so maybe he gave the staff the day off) the bar had several signature drinks that sounded yummy. We did enjoy our drinks. I like that the food portions were small and I had the birria cheese tacos your get two with a side of the broth. My friends had the sample plate of tacos and we all agreed they flavor was great. Not to loud as far as the music was concerned. Good for family gatherings and good food. The only dessert they offered was churros. I was a bit disappointed with churros being the only option. Otherwise, cool place for drinks n appetizers.

So 2 months ago I leave a review about how their hours are wrong on Yelp, Google & their website. I even took screenscrapes showing all 3 different hours. To this day, the hours are still wrong. You would think someone involved with this business, such as the owner, the GM, or even an employee would see this and say, shit, we need to fix this. But nope. Not TacosWay. This is why this place sucks. They just don't care about anything. And this just proves that.

Finally had time to carve out to give this place another whirl, since they reconstructed the staff and menu a few weeks ago. And mainly to support Heather who is one of the most amazing bartenders around. Not even kidding. She is great at perfecting cocktails, they're never too strong never too sweet never to anything they're perfect. And her and Brandon tonight were Rockstars with our party of eight at the bar! The food was kick ass, so flavorful. Before this myself included, but many people thought the salsa here was made out of a can, I am here to tell you that the salsa is very very good and full of roasted pepper flavor. I would absolutely recommend this place, and I plan to frequent here more often.

Forget about what you heard. Tacos Way has the best drinks and vibe in Placentia. We sat at the bar and tried the Gauva and Tamarindo margaritas, margarita flight, the mezcal and whiskey old fashioned, the pineapple and mezcal margaritas, and the micheladas. The michelada mix, as well as the cucumber and Tamarindo purées are made by Cristian - an extremely talented bartender who works Friday evenings and brunch hours. Unlimited mimosas available for 90 minutes during weekend brunch hours ($23). DJ spins reggaeton and modern hip hop Friday evenings and during brunch hours. HH offered M-F from 2pm-6pm with $8 margs and $5 shots. We shared the molcajete, which was spicy and delicious. Service was top notch. We were constantly checked on. I will definitely become a regular here!

Chips and salsa were served immediately and the salsa is more of a mild to medium spicy flavor was delicious

my husband and I went in for dinner tonight after not being here since they first opened. We did not like the food before because it was so spicy way too much for us. I was encouraged by the owner to give it a try again because they had revamped the menu. The food was absolutely delicious. It was not as spicy, but it was super flavorful. They have added a barria menu that is delicious. The service was great and the ambience was fun. I would encourage you to try it again if you haven't been for a while. Great value for the amount of food too!

This place is way better than the last place that was in this shopping center. Stopped by today to see if they have Taco Tuesday and they do! Beer was $3.50 tacos $1.85 from 3-6pm on Tuesdays. Another cool thing is they have a DJ on weekends and some nights. I am 100% coming back to this place. Don't listen to the reviews talking trash on this place. They sound like people who live near by who are upset by it's success. I live 2 blocks away and am so happy I finally came by. My new hangout. Food quality is also great. I tried Al pastor, chicken, carne asada, carnitas. The chips are homemade daily and you can taste the difference. Modelo on draft with a fresh squeezed lime. Thank you Tacos Way for the Bomblicious food.

I'm New to the area, and it's my 1st time in the TacosWay restaurant. I was greeted with smiles at the door and immediately seated; the atmosphere was laid back with the right amount of volume to the music. Fresh guacamole with homemade chips, tacosway tacos, and Ceviche was very flavorful. The margaritas were outstanding; I had a few plus some shots, which made the evening fantastic, I am looking forward to a return trip or even doing some takeout.

Great ambience; Fridays and Taco Tuesday are always popping. The Tamarindo Mezcal and La Toxica are definitely a must have when visiting. Football Sundays /Brunch with a Live DJ makes this place a go-to. Berenice behind the bar and Brandon on the floor is a killer combo for great service.

    Passion fruit margarita. Yummy!!

We got coffee, portobello eggs Benedict with sourdough instead of English muffin and hash browns, and chiliquiles with carnitas on the side, hot salsa, and over easy eggs. Pretty presentations. They tried to charge me $1.50 for a cup of hot water after I spent almost $100 dollars. Read all the negative comments first, and then you'll know what I mean. This place will verbally fight you to the bone, not the employees but the owners themselves husband and wife. If you complain about as little as something like why was I charged for a hot cup of water or anything, the owner will verbally argue with you over it. Let me tell you, my experience and my daughter's experience with this restaurant, we left there traumatized. Why? Because we politely asked why we were charged for a hot cup of water. First, the wife came to our table with a bad attitude, talked to us about the charges, and then the husband came over to our table with the same attitude and that's when everything went bad. "I let my daughter handle the defense using logic with them and she did a good job." She explained well and clearly to them but on the other hand, the owner's husband and wife would not stop arguing with us.  My daughter and I were so embarrassed by the way they acted in front of their other cutomers that were looking and listening to their argument about us. They don't have any shame whatsoever! The argument didn't go anywhere bc these owners' husband and wife will not back down, or stop arguing. They will keep going until we are completely drained. They even told us not to come back. "Duh", who would come back to that place? So we paid, they took out the charge $1.50 for the hot cup of water, and guess what, we even gave them a decent tip despite what happened - that's our donation for their anger management therapy. "So, there you have it, folks" That's our experience with Our Nest restaurant and the horrible owner's husband and wife. Btw, my comment for the food is two words VERY SALTY!   Good luck goers, if you see this restaurant out of the blue, just pretend you didn't see anything.

It was juicy and the breading added a nice crunch. Amazing flavor and I would order this again. - Center Cut Ribeye (Medium Rare): The steak was served with some roasted garlic and rosemary and was cooked perfectly. - Potatoes Au Gratin: The flavor for the potatoes au gratin was there, but I wish the potatoes were sliced more thinly.
