When they looked at the load to move and the fragile items, he stated that wrapping and unwrapping does take time, and the time estimate was accurate. When you are paying a high dollar rate per extra hour, it helps to have an estimate of your final bill. They padded and wrapped my furniture to keep it safe and clean and everything arrived in good condition as they unpadded and unwrapped it as they placed it where I requested.
