I almost never post reviews, but I had to for this company. BEWARE!!! Ordered a barrel from them. S3F had a problem with their engraver which extended the lead-time, understandable. I have waited for months now, and still no barrel. The problem I had, is not with the barrel or lead-time, I can wait for something if I know what's going on and why I'm waiting. But this company ignored my emails for WEEKS at a time. Even when I complained to them over the phone about their horrible customer service, and they assured me I would be getting responses quickly from now on, it took them another 12 days to respond to my emails. After all of this, I ordered the barrel directly from S3F, and they shipped it out next day! Do not waste your time with this company. My husband and I live in California (Comifornia) and came to town for a wedding. The first time I ordered from Tacticalshit I had an amazing experience. That was last year. This year is a different story. I tried to order an AR pistol off of their website, paid for it and filled out everything I needed too. A little over a week later I get an email saying that they oversold the gun and they offered me a store credit. I responded to the email within 30 minutes. They didn't get back to me with my store credit for 2 days. I ordered another ar pistol immediately. 2 weeks later I hadn't heard anything from them so I sent them an email to make sure the same thing didn't happen again. What do you know. They oversold that gun as well. They offered to send me a full size rifle that was cheaper than the other two that I had previously tried to purchase. Again, both times I tried to order an AR Pistol with a 10 inch barrel. The gun they offered wasn't even comparable except it was manufactured by the same company. I asked for my money back and that was the quickest interaction I'd had with them. They gave me my refund and I will never try to purchase a gun from them again. Wouldn't recommend. They need to figure out their inventory and stop taking money for items they don't even have in stock. read more

Ok. So first let me say. The guys that work there are in fact veterans themselves so that's a plus. Ok so the owner of the company is a foul mouthed nut case. But none the less he owns a company that's always under scrutiny of the libertards. By no means does that condone what image him or his company or employees give out. In the beginning a few of the guys were gruff and avoiding customers. But again. These guys aren't your typical retail sales people. Most are as stated veterans. The prices are at the average and most of the time I can get what I need ASAP. As far as ordering online. I have once and had zero problems. When you go in expect to hear profanity and Brutish talk, but come on you just went into a testosterone filled building. So be prepared to hear "things". Also. Don't walk in like your stuff doesn't stink. As stated these are veterans and can see through the BS. As far as negativity goes. Some is there but over all the guys do care. An example a person entered and had a catastrophic malfunction with their weapon they purchased from a different company. The guys looked at the weapon and quickly spotted several issues with it and began to fix it. A few items free of charge. But to see them come together for a person that just walked in. Tonight, I unfollowed a site called Tactical Shit because some guy bought a jacket for his dad, who was a veteran, for Christmas, it was the wrong size and the guy tried to return it, but Tactical Shit would not even do an exchange because the tags had been removed. The owner or manager came on Facebook looking for someone to commiserate with because he F-Ed over a customer lamenting that they got several one star reviews on Google and wanted our opinion. So I gave it, stating they should take the item, exchange it and make the customer happy and I was immediately attacked by Tactical Shit's fan boys, who I assume are all basement dwelling, soldier wannabes. So, admittedly, I was amused and I debated the fanboys, while also making fun of them, but still I come back to the fact that this retail site is so cheap and miserly they would not offer even a simple exchange of a jacket for a veteran; a community they claim to serve. I had the same 'SHIT' experience. Ordered from them 4 AA gas pistons and springs on 02/13. They debited the card immediately. Haven't heard from them for a week. Tried calling them - to no avail, voicemail is always full. Emailed them - got an automated message that they are triaging their customer service (how can you triage something that does not exist?). Emailed them for the second time asking to cancel the order. After a few more days a person (Alex) replied with the question "why do you want to cancel?". I replied with the request to cancel. No reaction. After yet another email 'Tosha' replied that they are checking with their warehouse if my order was shipped and if not - she would check with her supervisor to cancel the order and issue refund. After few more days I get a message that something has been shipped. Last friday I got 1 gas piston (out of 4). No packaging slip. I emailed them again asking to cancel the order. No reaction. On saturday I got an email that they had shipped something via UPS - email stated that it was the rest of my order. Yesterday I got the UPS package with 3 small springs directly from AA in Odessa, FL. Emailed them again asking to cancel and refund the unfulfilled part of the order. I placed an order on July 5th for an Agency Arms Magwell and Trigger, the Trigger was marked to ship in 1-2 weeks. No problems there. Received the Magwell and absolutely love it. After two weeks with no update on the status of the trigger I began trying to contact Tactical Shit, after multiple failed phone calls, multiple emails with vague responses about no ETA and being promised a call through an Instagram conversation that I never received, I decided to call Agency Arms directly on July 30th. In the 48 second phone call with Agency Arms I was told the triggers were coming back from anodizing and if I ordered at that time it would ship on Monday August 3rd. I then found a different phone number than given in my order e-mail for Tactical Shit and finally got a hold of someone. I was transferred to Chris who immediately became rude and intolerant of my questions and somehow could not understand the importance of following up with customers. After having to hang up on him, he called back minutes later to further rant about how it's not his job to stay up to date on wait times. Never before have I ever dealt with such poor customer service, I fully understand items being back ordered but to not stay on top of your pending orders is an extremely poor business practice. Furthermore Chris refused to cancel the order and refund my money so I could order straight from Agency Arms. I will never waste time or money with Tactical Shit again and I'll be sure to pass on the advice to friends, family, colleagues and customers. read more
