I placed almost a $250 online order for ammo in July, 2021. Received an email stating they'd let me know when order was shipped. At the 3-week mark I thought it was ridiculous.. plus in that time I found another company with the same product for $40 less. I wanted a refund because I was disgusted by them at that point anyway for no communication. I called store number, nice guy, but he said he can't handle refunds so I emailed customer support. 2 days later they emailed back and said no refund, store credit only. I said no..it's not shipped yet so I want a refund and don't want to deal with your company anymore.. talk to your manager.. I do not want a store credit. Their site states you may not receive the tin version so I contacted customer support immediately after ordering and was told I was one of the early orders so I should be okay. I did have one issue with an item not being shipped out, however Tactical Shit made up for the mistake by overnighting the item to me after I called customer service. In store experience I had not realized there was an actual shop near me. Check items online and compared prices before I left. Was looking to spend quite a bit on multiple items $400-500 possibly in total on gear. Turns out they didnt have any of the items in stock that I was looking for. Pros: (limited) stock in store that you can check out. Mostly AR related parts and build items. Mostly clothing and other random patches and stuff. Cons: Prices are wacked out. Nothing in the shop had actual prices on them and if you had to guess it was 10-20% more than what you could reasonably get it for. Prices were the SAME in store as online. No discount for brick and mortar. Most stock found online was no where in sight at the actual store. Bait and switch pricing on package gear. I have a gut feeling they do a lot of drop shipping... because a lot of the lower priced stuff was not in store at all. Even though one worker told me they have stock downstairs. My hope was to get to try some of the gear I was interested in on before purchasing. The workers seemed fairly knowledgeable about the gear I was asking about. Seemed like you could mistake a chunk of the merch for AirSoft gear. Biggest issue was nothing was priced. I am hoping that the store changes its demographic and opens up to a wider base. Planning on ordering my stuff online, and I dont plan on making any quick attempt to come back and shop. Overall sort of sketchy experience. Probably should have known that since its a LLC with the word "Shit" in its name. Sketchy online experience with weird pricing. Kits shown with multiple pieces vary GREATLY in price when the items are actually selected. $179 kit (gloves helmet carrier plates various other items) shown with plates on the site, then when options selected package cost $660 for example... My advice is go elsewhere. Unless you want gear for playing Air Soft and need instant gratification. Even then you can get gear cheaper from the other big box brand hunting and supply stores. Had high hopes, disappointed. Evolve or dissolve. I dont expect this brick and mortar location to survive long here with business going as is. Wont be going back anytime soon. Now to be fair the items i ordered said 7-14 business days for shipping, so after two weeks of waiting for them to get them in stock I seen another store had them in stock. so I ask for a refund because there website says We allow order cancellations at any time prior to shipment. But I just got the run around sending emails and talking to them thru text. they said shit like the woman that gives refund is off today or I will tell the manager. But to no luck I thought If wait the full 14 business days and maybe ILL get my items. Butt no not even after 15 bis days. Horrible customer service. Ordered items and had to nudge them delivery status and to find out that they now become out-of-stock and they'd let me know when items are in. Money was already paid. Emailed their customer service again and asked to purchase other items instead and thought that I would give them a chance and still let them keep my money but ship me other items that were in stock. It took 2 emails within a span of almost 2 weeks just to confirm the order change and then had to send another email for them to send me tracking information. The worst experience I ever had on the internet purchasing an item, not receiving the item, poor communication and their failure to provide a refund. Purchased on Oct 24, Nov 18 no tracking data provided, requested cancellation and refund, Nov 20 again requested cancellation and refund, Nov 24th informed the item already shipped, confirmed pre-shipping label created but nothing was ever shipped. Still showing Nov 23 pre-shipping label created but never shipped. Requested refund by Dec 3 otherwise I would initiate a charge back. As of Dec 3 completed Charge Back through my credit card company. I am a retired police officer and veteran of the U.S. Army and will never recommend this company for anything other than problems. Yeah ive been living down the street from these guys for close to a year. I have at this point spent hundreds of dollars at this store. Gear, clothes, parts, coffee ive bought it all. They are a bit rough around the edges but they are solid people. They do a TON for vets so I love that. They do some killer sales and well. If you're a glock lover then you need to get here to get parts. They also have a YT show with the slightly unhinged owner and his cohorts of Ben and Adam. Ben is funny AF and Adam is a really solid dude. As a matter of fact I could say that about most the staff. I have ordered twice from Tactical Sh*t. Both my orders were fulfilled in a timely manner. By that I mean 2-3 weeks at most, maybe even quicker. The quality of the products I received were exactly what I was expecting and I was satisfied with the pieces. Price-wise they are fairly competitive. Sometimes cheaper sometimes more. Never found them to be way out of whack on anything I'm pricing. I have not needed to use their Customer Service so I can't speak to that. As far as shopping, finding something I like and getting it in a timely manner, they have delivered each time. I would recommend them and will continue to shop with them. read more

They FINALLY came through after a month of waiting and admitted they oversold the gun I ordered. They offered me a different gun, same caliber, supposedly a $100 upgrade. I countered with "throw in another magazine to sweeten the deal and ship ASAP" and I'll take it. Got the gun today. They sent the gun WITH the extra magazine. (Former gun order came with 4 magazines). I was shocked, really. Pleased they FINALLY came through. Still VERY UPSET it took them so long to remedy the issue. Store Visit 3/17/2018 I drove quite a ways to visit the store and was pleasantly greeted when I entered. But then heard very unprofessional comments from staff about the phone ringing. Then I noticed after a few minutes of looking, that everything I was looking at DIDN'T HAVE PRICE TAGS. I finally asked and was told that I could just ask them and they'd tell me. I mentioned that was very inconvenient and embarrassing. I finally left after 10 minutes, only a handful of items had prices and I wasn't just going to ask. He told me they move stuff around too much so that's why they don't price things. I think that is a terrible way to do a brick and mortar business. They were very kind and offered to help many times but in the end I left and didn't "shop" because I refused at 55 years old to keep asking, "how much is it". Waste of time. The gear and items I receive are exceptional! Beyond reproach! The only thing that truely sucks is how long it takes to receive my order from start to finish. I ordered a stock t-shirt and gun lube 9 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. When I contacted customers service they said it takes a minimum of 15 business days to process orders. When I informed them to look at the order and that it had been 22 business days already I got dead air and then "I will have to investigate further". I've purchased items from this business many times. Every time I visit I am greeted by friendly and knowledgeable salesmen. I've purchased shoes, coffee, trauma kit supplies, and rifle parts. On my last visit I purchased a set of iron sights for an AR rifle. They had several from which to choose and the sales guy was terrific in helping me select the correct sight. I find the negative reviews about Tactical Shit to be completely unbelievable. I suspect that they are liberals out to sabotage a business run by patriotic, conservative, pro-2nd Amendment veterans. I buy lots of things from different companies like this so I figured I'd try an order from their website and see how long it took them to get a small order to me. Site said "In stock", clearly was not. 2 weeks later email to ask when they expected to ship and got a reply back saying that they should ship from 7-14 business days. Wrong again. Order was placed Oct 16, it's Nov 17, still don't have it. Seems like this is a 'drop ship company'. Doesn't matter, it shouldn't take any longer than a week to process and ship a product. I waited 3 months for backordered items, was told it was going to be another 1-2 months before they got my stuff, 5 months later still nothing. Website showed things as "in stock" when it was not, finally asked them to refund me my money for the items that I bought 5 months. After being told my order was being transferred to the person that cancels orders, I went and bought the items from the supplier (the items arrived 3 days later from the supplier) and waited for an email regarding my order cancellation and refund. A week and a half later I have heard nothing regarding my refunds, but half of the stuff that was being cancelled showed up with a note saying the other half is being shipped separately, funny way to cancel orders. First thing first is the numerous comments about the shop and shop owners. Second is the fact that they show the backpack I want being on sale from $89.99 to $84.99. What's funny is the manufacturer 5.11 has their backpack at being 84.99 originally but on sale for 54.49. So clearly they have marked up the price above what the reputable 5.11 has their product as. The one time I called with a delivery question on a backordered item, their CS department sent me a like item while the other item was inbound (total time for the backordered item was three days).
