I was able to text asking for the service, received a response within 15min, got a quote, and was told I could pick up my translation the next day. Upon arrival, I was greeted very warmly by her daughter who was expecting me, then Mrs. Dolores verified my documents and reviewed the translations for accuracy. Before leaving, she also gave advice to my husband about the best way to convert his foreign license based on our circumstance and explained how she can help. Then, after taking my documents to the consulate the next day, I was told that I also needed certified copies of my documents, which had to be notarized as well and was given an appointment for the next day, but warned that specific language had to be on the cover letter. While still at the consulate, I was able to text Mrs. Dolores to confirm that she could do both for me. We stopped by her office on the way home and she was able to give us what we needed, and told us to confirm with her the next day. So, we took the additional documents to the consulate the next day and was told they were PERFECT! My citizenship process has been long as stressful, do working with such a quick, friendly, and accommodating professional was a breath of fresh air. Do not trust this business; they tried to scam me, and I had to go through UHaul to get my money…read moreback. I went to Tag and Title Boutique to drop off my U-Haul reservation. I left the car clean and thought everything was fine. The next day I was charged an $100 cleaning fee. I called because I thought it was a mistake, but I was told I dumped trash behind the business, and people had seen me and recorded me. That was impossible since I did not dump any trash. My U-Haul was to bring large furniture to my new apartment there were never even any trash bags in the truck. I asked to review the footage and was told it would be sent to me. It's been four days, and I have not received any footage, just photos of trash bags nowhere near where I left my truck. I asked the woman on the phone to review the footage, as I was certain I hadn't dumped any trash, but she refused. I had to go through UHaul to get my money back, and I never received any apology or acknowledgment that I was accused of something I did not do and then charged.
