With that being said I was overcharged for two sets of fingerprints when in fact I only needed one set of fingerprints. With the cost of the entire process I was not prepared to pay an additional 68 dollars, the representative was informed it was for a renewal and had me sign and annotate that it was for a renewal and still charged me the additional fee. That aside everything else was streamlined and executed with efficiency .

She told me to come in as the price is generated and could not give me pricing on the phone. Normally I would just by past and no go to a place that tells me that but I went because of her manners and patience. Went in less than 10 minutes I was out the door. She explained to me everything , had a great spirit and the whole place was warming , smelled good while a candle was lit "warm vanilla" (yes I'm observant ). The place was clean. The table that when you come in the door to your right was clean (no fingerprints on the glass ) and even the baseboards was clean. This was my first time in a Tag & Title place and people always tells me story on how they are ghetto and hood but no it definitely was not. I really appreciate the customer service and the timely fashion everything was done. First time ever renewing my tags and changing over my personalized plates to standardized. Once I asked about an oil change for my Nissan Rogue and was quoted a crazy amount so don't my oil changes there. Another time my brother went there to get a tired patched. It was in the side wall and they said they do not recommend patching it, but patched it anyway any my bother just kept the donut on and got a new tier so was a waste on money. I was not there so don't know how the transaction went down but my brother wasn't happy. Also, only a few of them speak English and they are a little hard to understand at times.

My father was already approved by his doctor and we filled out the appropriate forms, so I stopped by to get this process started. I was greeted by a very sweet and nice older gentleman who checked my paperwork and informed me that once the paperwork was approved, the placards would be back in the office in a few days. Excellent news! A fee of $20 would be needed for this transaction...not for the placards, but for the service provided. They offer tittle services, vehicle registration, registration renewals, license tags and of course handicap placards. They also offer other services, inquire within. Everything seems to happen either on the spot or within a few days. Perfect for people who require these items in a hurry. I was able to receive my parents placards in a day or two and the service was fast, friendly, and pleasant - WITHOUT long lines and long wait times. #Winning! When I came to retrieve the placards his friendly daughter was there to greet me and give me the placards. FYI - Hours of operation, Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm.

Jeff was the person I was working with who either puts off my calls/texts or says ok about fixing and never does. When you call to speak to a supervisor Kelly she does not get on the phone and NEVER calls back when you leave messages! Worst experience EVER!! and i have worked with many dmv's over the 50 states.
