They gave us one price and then another lady came and tried to raise the price while we were paying to over $400. They try to take advantage of you if you look like you want a certain tree. Would not recommend for next year. They also inaccurately measure trees with the stands still attached and try to charge you for the extra height from the stand.

That said, our tree we have is still very pretty and we were given a baby wreath as an apology from the other staff. There are options of all sizes and many colors of flocked trees. I've never seen a tree flocked red and even though it looked a little as if it could have been in a gore flick, it was still really cool. Prices are better than the place on La Cienega, but all tree lots are outrageously priced in my opinion. However, I also don't know what drives up prices... so maybe the prices are going rate.

This place is like the AAA of Christmas trees meets Saks Fifth Ave, with the kindest, most compassionate staff you will ever meet. Last year, a tree (don't try to put a tree stand on yourself at home!) fell on me. I called Mr. Jingles in a panic and they immediately came to help and fixed everything like heroes. This year, I bought a tree somewhere else and discovered I was allergic to it -- Mr. Jingles delivered me a drop dead gorgeous hypoallergenic tree by the next morning. Who does that? Seriously. This year has been especially hard for me due to a bad accident that left me temporarily handicapped. Once again, the Mr. Jingles team showed up with so much heart and care. Layla was incredibly warm and made sure I was connected to the right people. Alex spent an entire hour on the phone setting up a replacement for a tree I DIDN'T EVEN BUY FROM THEM -- and had a fresh, hypoallergenic tree delivered to me within 12 hours. He is one of the kindest humans I've ever met. Trey came to remove the old tree, installed the new one perfectly, placed the star, watered it, and even swept up all the needles. This is a family-run business with stunning trees, hypoallergenic options, and genuinely good people behind it. Every year, they prove why they're the top Christmas tree lot in West LA. And I have to say it loud: ALEX IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Beyond customer service I will never buy a Christmas tree anywhere else. Mr. Jingles has my heart forever.

My daughter picked a tree that was a bit more than what we were expecting to spend, but it's Covid and Christmas trees bring her lots of happiness every year. We also got a tree that we'd never had before so the up charge was standard, and the tree was just gorgeous. Pricing is standard and not price gouging either. They had a great assortment of nobles. They also have different sized tree stands. I really thought this was a great experience and everyone here practices according the proper Covid standards. Before coming here, we stopped at another local Christmas tree lot on Winnetka Ave but wasn't feeling the vibe there so we left. But, from the moment my family and I stepped onto THIS lot in the Pierce College property, we were greeted warmly by the employees. One particular employee named Daisy was quite sweet and helpful. She even took pictures of our family for us. It was super cold that evening and she was working hard with a great attitude. Their trees are beautiful and fresh, and a great price(I like that they have their prices front and center when you walk in). Well, we now have our new place to purchase our trees from every year.

My wife and I have purchased trees here in the past and the experience hasn't been too bad. Sure, they are overpriced but we want to support the smaller, less corporate businesses. One of the employees met us at the entrance and helped us pick out our extremely over priced tree, a six footer for $125. That employ was nice and really did his best to assist us. I wasn't feeling great about the price, but I had no idea what I was in for. The moron that put the stand on the tree noticed I had a tattoo on my forearm. It is a memorial tattoo of my father while he served in the US Army some 70 years ago. So the aforementioned moron, said, "Is that a tattoo of Hans Krammler?" I thought he was just stupid so instead of punching him in the mouth, I answered, "No, it is of my father, a decorated Army Veteran." This was my first mistake, I should have reversed the sale and walked away instead of engaging with this piece of crap. But since I was with my wife, trying to start the holiday off right I just gave him the stink eye after I answered. Then Captain Dip Sh*t goes on about how all the wars have been staged by some clandestine multi-national organization. Trying to salvage the event and stay out of jail in the process I just left.
