There are pumpkins of all sizes and definitely a couple of photo ops for your kiddos. There's a short "scare maze" towards the back with animatronics that older kids may enjoy. There's also an area for bounce houses, and an area for a tractor ride. I wish that there were more activities but overall is a nice place to visit for a weekend activity without breaking the bank!

The staff at the entrance greeted us and explained pricing of admission and the options for kids. The pumpkins vary in size and color, the prices are written on the pumpkins, the stems are very long in many of them. The decorations are very cute, Disney themed to generic Halloween themed characters. Some animatronics and moving ones got my toddler a bit scared but he liked walking around regardless. There's a 13 and older section, I only went in for a peek and it seems to be small and probably better at night. They have a little tractor ride section for kids to drive a small tractor around a small track of boxes. The bouncy play area has four large bouncers, for 20$ unlimited it would have been more worth it if the sun hadn't made two of them too hot for the kids. There's a gate door to enter and they provide wristbands for the kids. The restrooms are portable ones near the side. There were lots of boxes of random pumpkins laying around and some things that look like trash. Overall, it was a nice experience and the decor was nice to walk around. I think we had our fill of this as a one time experience and maybe we'll be back given it's so close to a mall therefore parking is not an issue. We took lots of photos of ourselves with pumpkins as well!

Two Latino staff members were very kind and helpful, though they did not speak much English. The place feels more like Descanso Gardens than the Huntington Library. It has a more natural, relaxed atmosphere, with a less formal and more organic layout. The plants feel closer to their natural state, which gives the whole nursery a very pleasant and genuine charm. What really stands out is the price. It already looks cheaper than Armstrong, and possibly even negotiable, but the quality does not feel worse at all. The plants look healthy, beautiful, and well cared for, so it feels like a better-value choice rather than a lower-quality one. They have mostly green plants, with only a small selection of flowering plants, but everything looks great. For plants, especially shrubs, many varieties come in different sizes at different price points, so you can choose based on your needs and budget.

Shout out to the two young men who helped me with paint and the man who helped me find a good set of drill bits. Oh, and to the man who helped me find the aisle with surge protectors. I stopped my search one aisle too short. We had a nice little laugh about that. Tons of items to choose from, and helpful staff. The parking lot can get crowded, but I always find a spot easily. It's a hop, skip, and a stone's throw away from the San Marino Christmas Tree/Fire Department! It was a nice, quiet walk past the beautifully decorated million-dollar homes. Although it's not as vast and expansive as most Christmas Tree lanes in Southern California, it is definitely a sight to see each year!
