One of the last stops we went to before we made a decision was In Italia Men's Wear. We were greeted with warmth by both Jhovani and his assistant, even though Jhovani was working with another client. The place is intimate and there is always at least another client here each time we have walked in. My husband was lucky and found a suit "off the rack" as we were pressed for time. Jhovani went above and beyond while still offering to tailor it in time for my husband so he can look great in it before we left the following week even though his schedule was pretty packed. His assistant measured him to have the suit fit perfectly, Jhovani double checked her work as was very pleased. We were promised it will be done by end of day the day before we left. While looking around my husband also found the perfect shoes that matched my dress so we could coordinate. They delivered earlier than promised. We are very grateful for them. I highly recommend coming here to buy a suit. Jhovani also does fully custom suits as well. The service is impeccable, and so is the quality of what they have. Plus, we were stoked to support a small business. We were extremely pleased by the quality and didn't mind investing in this suit as it will last a long time. I came in for a special gift and Jhovani was quick to ask a few questions to get me looking in the right direction. I loved how the store had everything from custom tailored to casual everyday options, all of which made by high quality designers, all carrying the hallmarks of having the best materials and craftsmanship available. This was quality you could see and feel, but also quality that Jhovani could speak to so you could share the story with others. This is what sets stores like this apart from other retailers and reminds you what you're paying for when shopping at them. I was beyond excited to give this gift and even more happy to see how well it was received. Jhovani is also a tailor and the shop offers tailoring for the items they sell. Tailoring is a dying art and while we can't access the craftsman here keeping it alive, I am glad to see it continuing and hope that Jhovani is able to find more talented folks so that we can all access this service. Plenty of mall parking. Open 6 days a week, closed on Sundays. Business hours worn out on the door, so call to confirm. Remember, it is owner operated and he needs breaks also. Service - Owner cooperated, so if he is not here, he might be out to lunch at one of the other local businesses. He said it would be done in approximately a week, and we should get a call when it was done. After 1.5 weeks, we called to confirm it was done, made an appointment to come to pay and pick it up. Easy in and out. Price - $10, cash or zelle. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1959.

I will admit I don't expect the tailoring to be perfect (they seem to have some trouble with pants length as I like my pants to hit slightly at the top of my ankle when hemmed and have never gotten that done perfect from here but have from Nordstrom tailors) but they did a pretty good job letting out my suit coat (a hard ask). We are very loyal customers. Quality/Quantity - Here for the Wax and Watch event DIG. My first time and what an amazing event. Fundraising for so many nonprofits, see pictures. Also sponsored by Fifty Fifty Brewing Co; I had a few too many beers, too good of a time. I also found out about Fifty's Grand opening at RPM, which we also supported and attended the next day, see other Yelp Review. Non alcoholic drinks were also available. Too lazy to have brought our equipment for the wax. Plus Mt Rose gives us each 4 free waxes that I rarely use up. Raffle - We did NOT win. Atmosphere - Clean and organized location. Love the NV art on the side of the building/in the parking lot. Cool! See pictures. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm and on Sundays from 10am to 6pm. Small parking lot, but because we came in off peak (weird) hours, it is rarely an issue for us. And today we got lucky as the lot was full but a car gave us his space. Service - The team is so welcoming and friendly. This is the #1 reason we are loyal customers. Events available - See website. Again, my first but NOT last time that I will attend an event. We will probably come back Sunday for the Mt Rose Passholder Spring Sale. Price - Expensive, but worth the quality, service, and culture. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1973. And thank you for also giving 1% to not-for-profit workers "to defend the earth." And having programs that raise awareness of environmental and social issues. My favorite program is Worn Wear. You can either sell Patagonia your used clothes or trade them in so they can fix it. I believe that reusing is better than recycling. Furthermore, they give you credit ranging from $15 to $150.

It was a last minute decision to go to there this evening and I was not really that excited about shopping...that is until I met Jessica, Denice, and Ciara. I seriously could say this is by far one of the most fun times I have had shopping for clothes. First, the customer service was spot on. They never let me have too many items in my hand by consistently, but not annoyingly, asking if I would like them to take the clothes back to the dressing room. While I was browsing, Ciara cunningly was watching my style and types of clothes I was choosing. This enabled her to pick out pieces and ask if I had seen or considered that item. Second, Jessica, Ciara, and Denise even arranged all the items I had chosen into outfits they thought would look well together. It was incredible! They showed me how things could be mixed and matched all by just hanging them up in the changing room! They showed me not only trendy, but sassy ways of thinking about dressing that could work both for casual or business wear. Denice was so knowledgeable about the specifics and ins and outs of clothing. It was clear that not only has she been doing this for a while, but that she has a passion for her work. Lastly, they said they would love it if I would show them all the outfits as I tried them on, so, what the heck! I felt like a little model (LOL)! They were so kind, funny, and honest about everything I tried on. They were there for anything I needed, whether it was to get some advice or to get something in a different size. When I was ready to check out, Jessica had a smile on her face and said she could see that I could not find anything I liked... she is hysterical! I loved Maurices clothes before, but this experience has me sold! I believe this type of customer service really ensures that customers feel at home and as if they are special. I know that I will be back to that store, I mean it was like having my own personal shoppers! ;o) They did a stellar job and I can't wait to go back for some more Spring shopping!
