We went for dinner at around 6:15 on a Friday night and it was still relatively quiet in the food court, we were able to get our food within 10 minutes of ordering. We opted to share the tofu stew with pork belly and japchae. The stew came with white rice and three banchan (side dishes), it was definitely a substantial portion. The japchae had a lot of veggies, especially shittake mushrooms, and was also a generous size. Both dishes exceeded our expectations in terms of taste, definitely a step above the other options we tried. The stew was comforting but a bit fiery at the same time and the japchae was a good contrast to the spice. We saw a few tables with the bibimbap from Hanchon and it looked massive, we will definitely try that next time.
