    Pork Bowl
    Andy C.

I was in the area and decided to try this restaurant. Something different. For my entree, I ordered and enjoyed the pork bowl with rice, tomatoes and jalapenos. Excellent. The pork had great flavor. Portion in the bowl was large. For my drink I got their Black Tea, brown sugar milk which was fantastic. A little strange with the "boba" tapioca pearls added but they were enjoyable. Service was excellent and friendly. When you enter the restaurant, you can place your order on their kiosk. It appears to have a lot of seating. Modern looking with a counter. Parking lot is busy. Located next to Babes.

I love this place! We're from Buffalo and didn't realize they have multiple locations. This place is great, you can order a customized sushi burrito or bowl or order one that already has selected ingredients. They make it so easy with a simple ordering sheet and you can get tons of items in your dish for no additional cost. You can choose up to three sauces as well. Plenty of fun bubble tea and drinks. I opted for the sushi bowl and it's huge, fresh and delicious! Great food, great atmosphere, great fast service, good deal, fresh food. They even had a place to refill your water bottle! Think of it as Subway for sushi but way better!

    Salmon Poke Bowl

I ordered three dishes to try a little bit of everything. I think the spicy tonkotsu was pretty flavorful, not that spicy if you're intimidated by the name, and there's a good amount of noodles. The poke bowl was alright, I thought there was a little bit too much sauce but that can be modified. I thought the salmon and other ingredients in the poke bowl were pretty fresh. The unagi rice bowl is a safe bet if this is your first time here. I also ordered the Zang Zang and Dalgona coffee to try, both with Almond Milk. I would suggest. The Zang Zang had a bean-y texture if that's what you like. The Dalgona was pretty good, but I would suggest Soy Milk instead since the Almond milk was pretty overpowering. The restaurant itself had a nice and cozy set up. There's plenty of seating and the staff was also very nice. You just order and pick a place to sit down. Once you're done, there's a place to put your dirty dishes by the door. I would come again to try the other drinks!

I've never been to the store but I've ordered takeout probably 30 times. I love their food- anything on their menu is a safe bet.

The Lotus Garden - Lobster roll. So much lobster in the role and still had meat left in the claws.

Lotus Garden is hands down my favorite restaurant in the Greater Utica area. Although the menu is…read morepan-Asian with Thai, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Burmese, Vietnamese, and Cambodian, I was most excited to try the Cambodian and Burmese food. These last two cuisines tend to be harder to find where I live. The amok with fish was divine. The curry was spicy but also sweet. The fish was superb quality, so tender, substantial with many chunks, and so flavorful. I was floating on cloud nine savoring this amazing trip, while reminiscing about the first time I had it in Siem Reap ten years ago. The tea leaf salad was good, but could have used more flavor for my taste. However, I tend to like this dish with a stronger fish sauce and fermented taste. My kids loved the Cambodian chicken broth with thin rice noodles. They loved the light, clean soup with slices of lean meat. The interior of the restaurant is absolutely beautiful and transporting. Paintings of Angkor Wot, Buddhist statues, elephants, and other traditional art adorn the space. The booths are comfy and the bathrooms are clean. The service was super kind and attentive. Overall this is a splendid restaurant. Utica is so lucky to have such a gem!! We will surely return in the future.

Every time I go I always get the Sweet Lotus Shrimp and the ginger pear martini. We also enjoy the tempura vegetable appetizer, bang bang shrimp and the calamari. Our server was good and others assisted with making sure we all had our drinks. It was good to see the place busy. The dining room is dark. Parking is ample. Thank you Sam for always making delicious food!!!!!
