There's this restaurant and probably one other that serves this specific kind of food. Unfortunately, the last four times I called and made an order the person on a phone sort of comes off as rude in my Ramen soup and I'm in the soup not the food itself, but the soup face has been cold. I arrived on time or early and have to wait in the lobby, just a little while to get my food so I have a difficult time understanding why it has been cold. Again the food itself taste phenomenal and I will continue to order here. Just needs a little bit better customer service.

I really enjoyed the pork rolls and the absolute standout was the KFC dumplings, which we ordered as a bit of a joke, but the chicken katsu was light and fried perfectly with a well balanced spicy mayo sauce paired with it. The Shumai was not my favorite with the dumpling consistency being a bit chewy for my liking, and the Crab Rogoon (they spell it that way) was just okay, but overall, I would absolutely order from Mr Noodle and Ms Dumpling again!

I would also probably skip the spam musubi as I do think the spam to rice ratio is a bit much, perhaps just lessen up on the rice. The AYCE also comes with a couple caveats. You're limited to 10 pieces of sashimi and 10 pieces of sushi- you can get as many maki/hand rolls as you'd like. So keep that in mind. I've never had a wait at Firudo and the staff is attentive. It's very clearly a family run business, which I appreciate. It comes to your table sizzling, then you dress it with as much gochujang pepper/sesame oil sauce as you like (it traditionally comes with a bottle of sauce so you can add to yoir taste), and mix it all up. The hot pot makes the bottom of the rice nice and crispy. I get mine with tofu instead of beef and the portion is very generous. It comes with 3 banchan (Korean small side dishes) and miso soup. My only wish/suggestion for improvement is that they should offer more variety in their banchan. Service is fast but I'm usually here outside peak hours. Ambiance is simple but always clean. My dinner bill with a beer and a hot tea came to $26 which is a good value imo (my leftover filled a to-go container).
