I was a little disappointed that they wouldn't turn up the volume when I played music on their touch tunes. I added money to their touch tunes later in the evening but you could barely hear the music playing. Not sure I'd want to waste my money again if they don't turn up music louder. My first visit to this location, during happy hour. It's a large, loud sports bar, which is just a straight-up observation; not a criticism! I sat down and was attended to quickly by Chance. She took great care of everything I needed. I ordered side dishes of Mac & Cheese and tater tots. Everything was served fast with ample serving sizes! The Mac & Cheese is out of this world. Wow...I love bar food and this is next level. I'm so happy this is right across the street from our new house. Great vibe, friendly people, and fantastic food. Completely understaffed, didn't get a refill on drink, delivered 1/2 our meal but not our pizza and then the guy never came back once I told him. The waitress didn't offer to find out what happened to it or get us one to go. The table we sat at outside had bird poop all over the back of cushion. I was really disappointed with my visit. The restaurant felt noticeably unclean - floors, tables, and general surroundings looked unmaintained. Worst part was the food. The fried items had an old, burnt oil taste, suggesting the fryers havent been cleaned or refreshed in a while. Texture was super greasy. Don't order the cookie with ice cream. It comes burnt. When I called to ask what kind of cookie I was told Chocolate Chip. I advised them it was small, and burnt. He said that's the way it is supposed to be - it's sent thru the pizza oven. There was no photo (or description of it coming out burnt) of the cookie when I selected it. I bought it because it's my son's girlfriend's favorite dessert. GREATLY embarrassed to show her this dessert!! A child could present something better. And it's $9.99 plus tax, delivery charge and tip. DON'T ORDER THE COOKIE! I can't believe this restaurant considers that acceptable to present to a customer. If I had been in the restaurant, I would have insisted on a refund. This review has been a long time coming. This was our go to place since the day it opened. My husband and I ate there once a week at least. Excellent food, decent prices, big portions. Got to know the waitresses... Got to know the managers as years would go by... They were all wonderful and friendly. About two years ago the management changed and the place was never the same. And these reviews seem to reflect that. The food portions shrunk. The prices inflated. And the quality of the food is no longer even adequate, much less near the quality it used to be. The service is insulting. I even heard the manager complain about me because I complained about him. And the worst part is that no one cared. I tried to write to the company's owner, but there is no direct access, and nobody at other stores would write back. We stopped going. Makes me sad because we used to love that place. read more

This restaurant looks like a fun place to dine and drink, minus the dine and drink. I ordered the chicken avocado wrap with onion rings. I'd say the breading on the onion rings was the best part of the meal. The wrap tasted like something I would get at a gas station on a long road trip and it was going to expire on October 17 but made 5 days before that. The tortilla was not fresh. The drinks were watered down and this is coming from a person who didn't drink for ONE year. I had my first mix drink somewhere else and I could taste the liquor and it was a frozen drink. This place might be nice to come to last after going out drinking or eating somewhere else. The place looks nice and the outside is pretty. Great neighborhood sports bar. Had a late lunch at the bar and enjoyed the friendly patrons and bartender. The Mexican Mule had ginger beer, lime and tequila. Plenty strong, super cold copper cup and a $7 price, not even on happy hour. It was just exactly what I needed to drink in their cold air conditioning, since it is 115 degrees outside today. I could be here a lot, because I was impressed my drink was so good and cheap. Food probably is not my first priority when going to a sports bar as I am gluten and potato free. Both of which are represented heavily on the menu here. So, I ordered a half buffalo chicken salad with grilled chicken and companion ordered the baked meatball sub $10.99, which is basically a calzone or stromboli with fillings baked in pizza dough. It was pretty good, and the requested extra sauce was promptly delivered. It came with fries, chips, tots or sweet potato fries. Companion chose fries which looked super crispy and browned, but seemed an odd companion for a baked meatball sub . Half the sub and all the fries came home. Bartender assures us it heats well in the oven or air fryer. :). She did miss deducting the advertised $2 off Saturday special on the baked subs, but I let it go because the drinks are cheap and the service was good. I will see her again. Buffalo chicken salad was fresh, cold and green. Chicken on the salad was not their normal breaded fried chunks, because I requested grilled. It was tossed in tasty buffalo wing sauce. Sauce that had obviously seen some breaded nuggets earlier because the small pieces of crunchy breading were left behind in the bowl and made it to the sauce on my plate. I am GF by sensitivities not by celiac, so for me it was no biggie. But those with a real allergy should be warned a bar serving pizza and wings is not a great place to be safely GF, even though they have a GF pizza crust. Chicken was so tough and stringy I left more than half behind. Cutting it against the grain would help minimize this. Or .... How about some meat tenderizer before you cook those rubber chickens? Works at home! Ranch dressing was clearly homemade, fresh, cold and classic. And the half salad price is excellent at 7.99. So I will make sure to eat GF at home next time, before I come for the awesome drinks and cordial environment. Really enjoyed the crowd although it was only 2pm, a nice mixed group of young and old regulars. One regular customer had some bone in buffalo wings that he says he orders consistently and exclusively, and they are awesome. They are going to be included in my next order, when I get their excellent pizzas delivered at home for my giant teenagers. This place cracks me up, and it's going down hill fast. My wife and I went in for a large pizza wing combo. We asked for extra carrots as we prefer them to celery. Also asked for the all flat wing option for an extra $1. The all drumstick option is also an extra $1, but whatever. What received was a basket of wings that where half drumstick and half flat, plus 4 carrot strips, plus one thimble of Ranch dressing. Called the waitress over to ask about the all flat wing order (oops) and jokingly asked if they were short on carrots. I was told that an order usually comes with one celery stick and one carrot stick. I asked if I could get an additional thimble of Ranch and was told that would be an extra 50 cents. I just started laughing. The pizza and wings were good though. Not great, but good. The wings weren't even hot. But this nickel and dime stuff is just pissing me off. I wasn't charged for the parm though. The only advantage of this place for me is that it is close to the house. But I just might start driving farther. read more

Il Primo has a relaxed sophistication feel. They make some fantastic smoked infused drinks and we really enjoyed the spinach artichoke dip as well. Tailgaters is our go to for watching a game. It's got a huge selection of beer on tap, great pizza and a huge menu. I love watching football on the patio. read more

Went for the first time with a group during Happy Hour. As I recall Happy Hour is pretty much all day. LOL. Great menu and full bar with tons of TVs and all sports being shown. Really a large place, so should always be able to get a table or sit at the bar. We all agreed this should become one of our regular stops, with a large menu and quality food. Our server did a great job and the kitchen got most of the orders out at the same time. There were ten of us and we have noticed that some places have a hard time delivering the different food orders at the same time. We will definitely be back and I can't wait to try their pizza as it looked great. Only four stars because some food orders were a little late coming out. read more

Just went to tailgaters for the AFC championship game. You would think a sports bar would be properly staffed for such a big game. Our server was bombarded with 3 six tops and a bunch of smaller tables literally all at once. No bussers. Managers walking around all lackadasical glancing at tables with empty drinks and just walking by. My drink was empty for 30 mins with countless staffers just walking by. The 6 top next to us sat for 20 mins before they even got menus! Very poor team work. Food and drinks were pretty good, though. read more

This is a regular happy hour destination for us. The drinks at happy hour are reasonably priced and the appetizers are just OK. We like trivia and they have Buzztime there which keeps us occupied during happy hour. Their Friday fish fry is above average for the valley. And of course there are lots of TVs showing sports. Their Taco Tuesday tacos are pretty awful but other things on their menu are better. We like their chicken bacon ranch pizza, their potato skins and I like the wedge salad. read more

Pizza had literally no cheese and was over cooked. Showed the waitress and she offered to make another - we were tired after our soccer game and didn't want to wait. Horrible delivery and management. We have gone in a couple of times and things were OK. Pizza isn't great, but other food was decent and there was friendly service. However, delivery has been terrible. We've ordered probably 10 times due to lack of options. At least 4 times food was missing from the order after well over an hour wait for delivery. Food has also arrived cold or soggy more than once. When trying to get orders corrected, staff are not empowered to help and managers make little effort. The website is also awful. It is difficult to view the menu online and the system gives multiple conflicting pieces of info. Pretty bad considering most high school kids could build a decent website in a few hours. We may continue to visit in person, but I think it's time to out one behind the ear of the delivery option. read more

Oh boy .. I understand companies are short on staff these days but that should not mean that the staff they have can't perform. Came on a Thursday night with my family of 6. We requested a high top table and the hostess up front said that the server in that section could not take us. There were only 2 other groups in the high top bar section area. Okay no problem, we went to sit at a low top table in the dining room. The second we sat down the hostess came back over with a server and said that this server could take us at the high top table. Okay - so we got back up and moved back over to the high top, no issue there just seems like a lack of communication. Once we got our drinks ordered, it took about 15 minutes to get them. Apps were ordered at the same time and it took about 30 minutes for them to come out. By that point we were ready to order but our server was no where to be found. Matter of fact the only employee we could see was the very busy bartender. When the apps came over, we had no plates and no silverware. Fine - I went to ask the hostess. I only seemed to inconvenience her when she was behind the host desk on her phone. Our server finally came back over to take our order approximately 30 minutes after our apps came out to the table only because we could not find our server or anyone to take our order earlier. When our food finally arrived at the table, 3 of 6 meals were incorrect or COLD. To save hassle, we only asked if the COLD food could be remade and to not worry about the wrong orders. Of course, the COLD food came back with the wrong sauce and toppings. We ate it at this point because we were tired of this place and just wanted to leave. We tried to speak to a manager who was working in the kitchen at the time but no avail, he told us to hold on a moment as he was too busy prepping food orders. Understandable but not being able to get assistance from management was frustrating. They took one of our meals off at the end of the evening and apologized. Maybe a different night with more staff on hand would be better; however, for bar food that's greasy and not very tasty, I won't be coming back. read more

Hmmmmm, where do I begin. We stopped in about 7:30 on a Thursday night for some food and beverages. The place was not that busy, but there were eight of us so we were conscious that the food may take awhile. we sat down and ordered drinks within minutes. the drink order took nearly 20 minutes and we hadn't ordered food yet. The drinks came with several doubles that had not been ordered. a likely scam to jack up the tab. A gin and tonic had no tonic. The Blueberry martini had obviously been one of the first drinks made and was almost warm. Then we went to order asking about things like the lasagna. The server said she didn't think it was that good.....Are you kidding me? Then our server said that one of the servers helping us was just a friend that stopped by to visit and ended up helping. So she wasn't an employee but was running food and going in and out of the kitchen. We ordered food, staring at torn and dirty menus. the orders came out in spurts, one or two dishes at a time. One of our party ordered a BLT wedge salad and got a BLT sandwich and salad (The same person that received the straight Gin). The sampler platter was brown and it was obvious the frozen, deep-fried food was freezer burnt. Then came the checks with nothing correct. This was after we had asked if they could do separate checks and they said no problem. We realize that it's hard to get staff these days but there was plenty of staff. What was lacking was management, training, quality control or most importantly, pride in the product. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. read more
