I am a repeat customer for two reasons. One, they are so courteous in a day and age when manners seem to be a thing of the past - and they are not! Being attentive and polite still matters. Today, I was greeted with a big hello and smile! And secondly, they are prompt with my alterations (I have had to have simple hems done). Can't say enough about Tailor King, his quality of work, and his professionalism. He bailed me out of a massive jam just yesterday. I realized on Monday I didn't have the correct wedding attire for a Saturday wedding in Mexico. I overnighted a blazer from amazon and showed up to Tailor King on Wednesday with a jacket that fit like a box. Fast forward to Thursday night (24 hour service) and I have a jacket that is perfectly tailored to my body and looks amazing. Plus he hemmed a pair of pants for me. This guy is a miracle worker. I came to him about 5 days before my wedding and he not only got me fitted in time. He dropped my vest from XXL to Large and made my straight fit pants to slim fit. If that wasn't amazing enough the day of the wedding my groomsmen cloths came online and one was a size to small while the other was a size to big. He managed to take fabric from the larger one and transfered it to the smaller one. All in less than a hour of us arriving at his shop. At the wedding we both received compliments on how well fitted our outfits were and everyone was shocked when we told them the story behind it. Highly recommend Tailor King. I had ordered my wedding dress in a bridal store in CA, but in the middle of waiting for it to arrive, I had to move to Miami. With my schedule there was no way I could fly back and forth to CA. Once my dress was ready for pick-up, I had it flown to me and took it to Elijah since it was probably 3-5 sizes too big. With all the detailing and brocade work, Elijah made no comment about the difficulty of the work ahead. Tailor King, has been altering my cloth for years now. I recently had to take all my uniforms that were extremely large and awkward fitting to get fixed. He converted my high rise pants to short rise, tapered the legs, took in the seat and basically re-manufacture all my uniforms to have some normal wearing cloth for work. He also did all my dress shirts taking in the arms and tapering to better fit my body. He is excellent! Highly recommend him! I brought in a bridesmaid dress to Tailor King. The zipper was puckering and there was about 7 inches of excess fabric around the waist- I was not even sure how it could be fixed. My husband and I brought in a dress and a tuxedo we needed for an upcoming wedding. The guy is amazing. He is fast and inexpensive. For example, I stopped by to drop off 3 pairs of dress pants, which needed alterations done to the waist. He called me within an hour to tell me they were ready; the alterations cost $45.00.My last tailor cost $60.00 and it took two weeks.
