What do you expect when you go to a car wash? You expect to pay for your wash, go in the wash, get a clean vehicle while you are in the wash, get out the wash, vacuum your vehicle, leave! You can easily make this happen! As well, if you are a savvy shopper like I am, you can find multiple deals (Yelp) to save money on a car wash when you go. OR if you are SUPER SAVVY you will just pay for one year for unlimited washes. That is FRESH! The only thing that may throw the normal consumer off is that you have to vacuum on your own, I don't mind this at all, but it is good to know. Forget these places around the city that charge $20-30 for a full service wash! I am all about CWE! read more

Honestly you get zero stars but that's not an option. Do not get a membership here at this place. It's a scam. The membership automatically renews, which no one said, but it did on the waiver I signed. I was MORE THAN understanding about me not reading that part. But after I canceled the membership. In late March. I blocked 3 payments from April and May and confirmed a second time in late April that my membership was "cancelled" they assured me it was. Well not even a month later they tried to charge me once unsuccessfully and again successfully. Then I got hit with two overdraft fees one from bank and one from Venmo. All because someone didn't cancel my policy or a computer error. I was willing to be okay with that as long as I got all my money back. They refunded May but as for the other charges that were done from their error. I keep being told the location (Fremont) can't do anything and it's all over phones customer service. I'm waiting to hear back from them still but they say they don't think there's anything they can do. So apparently they can keep charging your accounts and rack it up to "errors" or "glitches" as long as they get another 33.90 out of you. And even if you come IN PERSON to cancel our membership, they don't have to honor that. And won't take any responsibility for any inconvenience they cause. read more

I've been going to this car wash since they opened and up until about last December (2017) the car wash was great! Almost no spots after the wash, all the dirt gone, and I felt as though $8 was a good value. Fast forward to January (2018) and onward. I've been 3 times this year, and all 3 times have been a huge disappointment. I leave with dirt all over my car, white dry spots everywhere, and all for a price increase to $9 per wash. Maybe they increased the speed of the conveyor belt??? Maybe they switched to a different soap??? I'm not sure but take a look at these pictures in my review. The pictures are consistent with all 3 times I've been this year. Best to hit up a different car wash in the area from now on. The current situation has turned myself and my family off of this car wash. read more

Pulled up and showed the car wash operator that I had a Free Car Wash card. Upon doing this she acted as if I had stolen the card or fabricated it in some way and was very abrasive with me. I have never had this happen to me and I've been to this location before and done the same thing no questions asked. I don't like when people assume that I've stolen or fabricated something ESPECIALLY when I've frequented the location and have had no problems beforehand. Will be avoiding this location from now on. The process was really quick for getting in. They also had people to scrub the outside of your car before going through the car wash (such a bonus for a frequent highway driver like me). I went with the basic wash which cost nine dollars (the cheapest one). It was a very thorough wash and included drying your car at the end. They also have vacuums which were pretty good as well. Convenient and a good drive through wash. The $30 unlimited monthly option allows me to get car washes whenever I want and not have to worry about rain, dust or other weather that ruins a car wash after 1 hour. This plan includes the best wash, tire gloss and cleaning, etc. The mat cleaner is helpful and so are the vacuums. Sometimes they are clogged so you have to clean them out or repark. The employees are friendly. There is a windshield company that has employees after you finish the wash to check on cracks, pits, etc. Not high pressure but so you are aware. They have a few locations but I have only tried the Centennial location. read more

Decent car wash in a pinch. This a just an automatic car wash. It does provide a place for you to vacuum and detail your car after the wash. Personally I find the prices to be a bit high since you can get the same wash at a gas station. I was until today a long time monthly user of this car wash. I've never complained unless something is very wrong. On this occasion something was very wrong. The attendant that was ushering me through the wash seemed to have the worst attitude ever. He was very rough with the cleaning brush on the front body and windshield of my car and didn't even touch the rear of my suv (as they normally do). When I complained the lead guy simply gave me the brush off. I went back through and got a very nasty response and was told to leave the property simply because I complained. I'll never ever use this Wash again and I'll make sure that all the friends that I've previously recommended to go at least hear this and hopefully never use them again as there are several other washes in the area. 3 OCCASIONS WITH VERY POOR TREATMENT IS ENOUGH!!!!!! read more

Oh sorry I didn't realize text to speech was on. I'm actually deaf and blind, and when I went through the car wash, they didn't really explain to me how to enter and or put my car into neutral. I usually just use the Texas beach with my car, but I guess there was an auto break and there was no way for them to figure out how to turn it off because it well I don't really want to go into detail about that I want to say is this guys are assholes specifically Randy Toby, call Josh , Emily, Victoria Ryan, just to name a few and on top of that when I went to go wipe off my car, I couldn't read the braille on the sign to grab the towels or the spray bottles so I didn't know which one was in my hand. Now some people would've just gone off the field, but I actually burnt off all my nerves and numb, so I wasn't able to feel the difference, so here I am I can't see it, but all my friends tell me a dirty car and they're very pretentious about that fact because we all pride ourselves on having the cleanest vehicles in the Colorado state area. This was a terrible experience. I want my money back and if there any hot singles in my area, I'm DTS by that I mean down to fish. read more

I typically don't go to drive through car washes. I prefer getting out of the car and doing the work myself. However, once in a blue moon I "splurge" and come to Car Wash Express and pay the $8 for a wash. Why? Because 1) Their free vacuums are the best- they actually have suction and get in the cracks. 2) The mat cleaner machines which washes the mat and squeezes the water out. 3) Everyone is super nice. I did quite a bit of research to find this. Seems like no one is real happy with car washes. I came out to buy a monthly pass but no attendant was there. It appeared I had to buy a wash first to get around to the office, so I went home to buy it online. When I tried, the system wouldn't let me. It said I couldn't buy two at the same time.? I wasn't trying to buy two at the same time. It said I had to take one out of my cart, but there was no way to get to the cart. Whaaat? Back to the car wash... this time an attendant was there, and I discovered that I didn't have to purchase the top of the line monthly deal. This was not apparent on the web site. So I bought the basic one. The wash itself seemed really good. The sprays were strong. Did a good job of drying. The vacuums were strong. But when I got home there were splatterings on the hood, windshield, and trunk. I know, picky picky. After a quick wipe down it was perfect. No new scratches like some car washes. Time will tell... Overall a pretty good car wash. Not so good of a website though. read more

Car Wash Express is my favorite spot to clean my car. It's along my usual commute and I can easily enter/exit no matter the time of day. Staff is always immediately outside to assist and I like how you can purchase multiple washes and save a bit of money (they issue a gift card now vs the coins). The monthly unlimited washes for $30 was my favorite, though the sticker was hell to remove from my windshield when I ended my participation. The mat cleaning station is my favorite and you can choose water or air. I haven't come across any issues with the vacuums and if you check in through Yelp, you get a free cleaning kit. Going to this car wash was probably the biggest mistake I made this month. The machine ripped the antenna out of my hood. After I realized what had happened, I returned, and despite the fact that they are taking care of the repairs, I now have to go get an estimate, wait for parts to be ordered, and then get my car fixed, so this car wash will cost me hours and hours of time that I really don't have right now. The wash itself is a bit pricey - $8 on the low end, and somewhere around $20 for the premium wash. The washers and dryers are abusive to your car. They scratched my clear coat, and the dryers blow so hard on your hood and roof that the metal bends wildly out of plane, which can't be good for the paint. Just save yourself $5 and spray your car yourself at one of the other places on Arapahoe road. read more

Awesome place for a really solid car wash. The vacuums are a HUGE plus and when you check in you can get a free detail kit which is nice to wipe down water spots and the interior of your car. I would recommend bringing some kind of towel or rag though because if you don't wipe down your car quickly after, you can get a few stubborn water spots. I'm new to the area and decided to give this car wash a try! I was very happy with the wash overall. The free vacuum was a fabulous bonus!! Always wonderful to be able to clean the car both inside and out. I did notice a series of scratches on one side that were new. I talked to the staff because i thought the car wash may have done it. They were all very nice and one of the workers John came out to look. He explained why it wasn't the wash and what probably happened. It was nothing to do with the wash; however he still came and buffed it out for me. The scratches are undetectable. He didn't have to do that, and it was above and beyond my expectations. What a great place to get a CLEAN CAR. I went through the car wash and the car was clean. Then to vacuum your car--a vacuum for each side of your car. And, take your mats out and clean them. My only recommendation would be to bring a towels to dry your car/windows. This was my first visit, but not my last. read more

This car wash is pretty decent for an automatic drive thru. I paid $18 plus $2 for their cleaning kit that has windshield wipes and dashboard cleaner. The vacuums have good suction and the mat cleaners do an excellent job. However, there is not any kind of rain guarantee. The same day two hours later it rained. I tried to call them, but none answered. So, we drove over there and I was told that they do not do that. I told the kid really? Even gas station car washes offer a day to come back to get rewashed for free. Some even 3 days. I turned around and left. For $20 it's just not worth it to me to not have rain guarantee plus, I am doing my own vacuuming and cleaning the inside of my car. Won't be back. read more

Prices are almost what it costs for full service. Giving one star because there is a kid that scrubs the front of your car with a broom, and he keeps that broom on the dirty ground. Do not go here if you have a nice car or do not enjoy rock scratches all over the front end of your car. It caught me by surprise he was really going to do that, but luckily I was able to roll down the window and tell him not to sweep my car with that dirty floor broom! For a few $ more I prefer Autawash a mile or so down the road, where you get full service wash and vacuum and those guys get in every nook and cranny to dry it. read more

I brought my brand new car to this wash for it's very first wash. $10 later, I had a cleaner car (not a clean car) with spots and several long new scratches in the top. I went back immediately and the manager tried to convince me that the scratches were already there and thus wash never scratches cars. My car has fewer than 500 miles on it. I check it out constantly. I know 100% that the scratches were not there before the wash. I paid them money to scratch my car. I couldn't even ask for another run through because there is no way I would trust my baby to this place again. If you love your car, take it elsewhere. read more

If you like to have your car scratched up then this is the place to go. I signed up for the unlimited monthly plan in December to prepare for the snow season and I've been to the location on Quincy & Buckley twice and the one on Arapahoe twice since signing up. I've been noticing small little scratches on my fenders since I've been going to these car washes but today I went to the Arapahoe location to get all of the recent snow storm junk off my car. After going through the machine I parked in the vacuum area and noticed some large scratches on my left rear door that I know weren't there before. I spoke to two people that work there and one tried to rub out the scratches with compound liquid. Didn't really work. He then said because it's only scratched in one place on the side of the car he didn't believe it happened there going through the car wash. Then I looked at the car that was parked right next to me and it had the same looking scratches in the same exact spot. I pointed that out to the guy I was talking to but he just blew it off. I've already canceled my monthly plan, hopefully I can stop anyone else from going to this shitty car wash and having their car damaged. read more

I like the location of this place. They offer a free "detail kit" if you check in which makes it pretty nice to give the interior and glass a quick wipe down while you are there. some of the vacuums are better than others in terms of suction. They also have a free mat washing station that is right next to where the cars exit the wash. You can do the $30/monthly cost for unlimited washes or you can pre-buy washes for a bit of a discount. You buy 5 at a time, I believe. Ran by younger guys that get you in and out without any issues. My girlfriend has gone through a couple times and her car wasn't quite the cleanest and they allowed her to go back through for free, without any problems. I have been to better washes but I have also been to worse. I like the convenience of the location, the most and that is what will keep me coming back. read more

I've been going to this car wash since I was 16 and I have yet to find a better car wash. This place is by far the best and leaves your car cleaner than all other places I've been to. I have been to car washes where your car is hand washed and been disappointed because of the expectations that this car wash has set.
