    I have had the worst experience at this location. My passenger side mirror was damaged from using the automatic wash and I filed an incident report and I was supposed to be contacted the following day and I was not. I went back a week later and gave my information to the assistant manager and she promised that she was going to text me with an update and I have not heard anything from them. I am extremely frustrated with their lack of communication and professionalism. There seems to be lack of training because no one knew what the proper protocols were around this and not one worker could figure out what to do when it came to resolving this situation.

    Spoke to manager about claim the first day I made it. The last I heard from her

    don't ever use this car wash. Made a incident report with the manager and it's been two months I was never contacted and now the "district manager" named Matthew Munoz is saying that he spoke to me which he never has and putting words in my mouth that I never said. Don't ever go to this car wash they won't own up to their faults and I will now be headed to small claims court to file a claim

    Their car washis decent but their vacuums never works and half of them are not even on. The worst part is the parking where the vacuums are so disgusting that you will track in more trash getting back in your car. Management should be embarrassed.

    As for a car wash, I'm impressed with this location. During busy times, they have both Lanes open, washing multiple cars in two separate Lanes. The wash is powerful. It smells fresh while inside the wash as well. Some wash locations have a sour smell to them. Not here. The dryers are the best I've found. You really do not need to dry your car after these things are done with your car. Even at night, the lot is bright and the vacuums are strong. I like this location, and trust that my car will be clean when I exit the wash.

    Drive through rough on car... doesn't dry, water spots. Never again. You vacuum and detail for the high price no way!

The transaction left approximately $21,000 in trade equity owed back to me. I was told by the finance person, Tyler Murphy, that it would take "two weeks conservatively" to receive the equity check. Instead, AutoNation delayed the equity payment for weeks, citing internal policy and title-processing issues. During that time, the new loan on the Audi was funded, the payoff on my trade was completed, and the credit union that held the trade loan confirmed that the payoff/title issue had been cleared on its end. Despite this, AutoNation refused to release my equity check in a timely manner. I repeatedly followed up with the dealership, including J. Kramer, sales manager, and Nick Sandberg, finance manager. I also escalated the issue to AutoNation corporate and received two replies from a corporate representative named Bridgett, but those replies did not provide concrete information, and promised follow-up timelines were not met. AutoNation eventually issued the check, but by that point the delay had already caused significant financial harm. Chase then placed a mandatory hold on the large dealership check until June 23, and I was told the hold was due to NSF/check reversal issues involving AutoNation checks. As a result, from the May 18 transaction date until June 23 at the earliest, I was left without usable access to approximately $21,000 owed to me from a completed vehicle transaction -- a 36-day delay, assuming the check clears and is not returned. In my opinion, this is an unacceptable way to treat a customer. A large national dealership should not require a customer to bear all of the financial risk and delay for weeks after a vehicle transaction is complete.

I Yelped tint shops and found Wes, submitted an online quote request and heard back from him almost immediately. I scheduled work a few days later and was delighted with his work, the shop and mostly his expertise and product knowledge. I got the Rayno Air 70 (spendy but required due to MN tint restrictions and leaving his shop I could already tell the difference in UV/heat blocking. Heading back to his shop for a clear bra in a few days as I have to drive Hwy 25 between Castle Rock & Monument another month so need protection from the constant flying rocks and construction debris, I've already had one windshield chip repaired and want to save my new vehicle paint from the same fate. UPDATE 8/27/2021: Went back yesterday to have the clear bra installed and even more satisfied than original review. Wes had to do extra prep work to remove ceramic coating before he could apply the protective film and he didn't charge extra AND refused my offer to pay more in spite of the extra work/time. In fact, he installed headlight coverings for free! This is a man of integrity who's product knowledge, customer service and elegant work can't be found many places. Now if I can just find a way to get my new Sienna van out here for him to protect that I'll be set!
