Frank said that the car had a broken mirror and a bad tire, etc. Basically, he refused to install an engine. I asked Almar to install an engine, not tires or mirrors. I guess my car didn't meet Frank's standard. Another dealer will install the engine for $900.00 cheaper. Thanks, Almar.

Within five minutes, they had my car in a stall and diagnosed the problem--my water pump had completely blown, and the car wasn't going anywhere. Although they couldn't fix it at their shop, they went above and beyond to help. They guided me into a safe parking spot, found a nearby shop that could handle the repairs, and made sure everything was arranged for the tow truck. I still had to get my kids to school and get to work, and they told me not to worry--they'd take care of it all. And they did. I want to give a special shout-out to Red--he was incredible--but truly, every single crew member there was just as kind, accommodating, and professional. These people are the definition of customer service. They turned what could have been a nightmare of a day into something positive, just by showing genuine care and competence. Over the past 5 years, I have come to this location for several oil changes, tire repairs, and have…read morepurchased a total of 7 tires and had few to no issues. I recently had a flat tire replaced, after which my TPMS was throwing error signals. I dropped in shortly after and was asked to drop off my car at some point for it to be looked at closer. I dropped off my car around 9 a.m. last Saturday. By 3 p.m. I had not heard anything back, so I called and was told they were only just then getting around to looking at my car. I can empathize with being short-staffed, but if it is going to prevent my car from being looked at all day, then I should have been asked to bring it by on a different day. I informed the person on the phone that I needed my car back by the end of the day, as I would need it Monday morning. When I stopped in before closing, I was informed that my TPMS had been recalibrated. I was also informed that they could not find my contact information (the VIN had not been entered correctly). I was told by the person who worked on my car if the error came back to bring the car back to be looked at again. However, the error continued to appear on my drive home. The following Wednesday, I dropped my car off around 9:30 a.m. to hopefully have the issue resolved. As with before, I did not receive any call from the shop. I called around 3 p.m. and asked for an update. I was again told that they were short-staffed and was also told that my car had been forgotten about and that they would look at it then. I went to the shop after my work around 5 p.m. and requested an update. I was then told that my car still had not been looked at by anyone. I expressed my frustration and was told by the individual I was speaking with that they would look at my car momentarily. I sat in the lobby for the next 45 minutes with a clear view of my car as not a single soul approached it. When I looked, the individual I spoke with was nowhere to be found. So I spoke with a tech on the oil change side and asked him to grab my keys, which he did, and then expressed his apologies. I do not have plans to return for any type of service here any time soon despite otherwise positive interactions in previous years. Again, I understand staffing concerns, but as someone who had an issue arise immediately after a tire change, then to have my vehicle blatantly ignored over the course of additional drop-offs and an utter lack of communication is wholly unprofessional.

The chairs in the lobby are quite low to sit and wait, so I decided to have lunch next door at Firehouse Subs. The next day I got a text from Tuffy asking how their service was. It just so happened that when I went to drive my car, my tire was low again. So I responded to the text with the problem. They said to just bring it back in and they would take a look. So I brought it back in and the technician took the car right away and fixed it in 20 minutes. There was ANOTHER nail in the tire. They didn't charge me for the second nail. I had an appointment this morning to get my tire plugged and it turns out I need an entirely new tire! Thankfully Sheika(?) was very helpful in helping me locate a tire they had in stock and creating another appointment to get it put on before work. They replaced my damaged tire with my spare at no cost and allowed me to see the damage on the tire before replacing it to show that it wasn't a gimmick. It's easy to feel like auto centers are getting over on you because of being a woman, but this location made me feel confident in making my own auto care decisions with their guidance. I definitely trust them and I'm so thankful for their help and care with my vehicle! I didn't get the name of the mechanic who did the labor for me but thank you!

They were able to schedule me in on short notice, diagnosing it as a warranty covered issue. I was able to delay repair until we returned home. Shop was clean, organized, and offered custom performance upgrades. Highly recommend. The Club was right again.
