He told me it was normal and that the message would go away. Looking back, I feel like my concerns were dismissed instead of being taken seriously. It left me feeling as though I was being told anything because I'm a woman and wasn't expected to know much about cars. Not long afterward, while I was driving my grandmother to her chemotherapy appointment, my car suddenly shut off in the middle of the road. It would not restart, leaving us stranded during a very important medical trip. When I called the store to explain what had happened, the manager told me to bring the car back to them--as if he hadn't just heard me explain that the car had completely shut down and would not start. That response was incredibly frustrating and unhelpful. Based on my experience, I have no confidence in the quality of the work performed or the customer service I received. What should have been routine maintenance turned into an expensive and stressful ordeal. I cannot recommend this business.

I had an appointment this morning to get my tire plugged and it turns out I need an entirely new tire! Thankfully Sheika(?) was very helpful in helping me locate a tire they had in stock and creating another appointment to get it put on before work. They replaced my damaged tire with my spare at no cost and allowed me to see the damage on the tire before replacing it to show that it wasn't a gimmick. It's easy to feel like auto centers are getting over on you because of being a woman, but this location made me feel confident in making my own auto care decisions with their guidance.
