After the new battery was installed, my dashboard displayed "Battery Saver Active." I immediately asked the employee about it because I was concerned. He told me it was normal and that the message would go away. Looking back, I feel like my concerns were dismissed instead of being taken seriously. It left me feeling as though I was being told anything because I'm a woman and wasn't expected to know much about cars. Not long afterward, while I was driving my grandmother to her chemotherapy appointment, my car suddenly shut off in the middle of the road. It would not restart, leaving us stranded during a very important medical trip. When I called the store to explain what had happened, the manager told me to bring the car back to them--as if he hadn't just heard me explain that the car had completely shut down and would not start. That response was incredibly frustrating and unhelpful. Based on my experience, I have no confidence in the quality of the work performed or the customer service I received. What should have been routine maintenance turned into an expensive and stressful ordeal. I cannot recommend this business.
