I drove to Miami (over 10 hours there and back) with my car like that. Then after they replaced the brake systems and the axel I had to go back bc they were still making noise. Supposedly they were "fixed". Then when I picked up my car, as I was leaving the parking lot, I noticed 2 lights on the dash were lit up. I went back in to the location and told them about the lights. I was told to ignore it. The lights are on for a reason. Even tho they had "comped" some of the services that has no baring especially when I still am concerned about my brakes and the safety of my car.  My family has been customers of tires plus for decades. The way this was handled was awful. I even spoke to MaryAnn the "area manager" who told me everything would be taken care of. Clearly since my brakes still sound like shit, it was not. We have shared this experience with the rest of our family (that spreads across the US) as well as all our friends and neighbors. We will not be using Tiresplus in the future.

Six months ago, I paid over $1,100 for a complete brake job here. Recently, a loud noise developed that turned out to be a defective part from that repair. While they agreed to cover the part under warranty, they refused to waive nearly $400 in labor charges for an error caused by their own defective inventory. In an effort to find a win-win, I offered to buy a brand-new set of truck tires today if they would fully cover the warranty labor. They called back 45 minutes later and rejected the deal.It is shocking that this location would rather lose a 45-year customer and an immediate 4-tire sale than stand behind their own work. They do not fully back the parts they install.

Be forewarned!! Stay away from this place at all costs…read more I took my car in to have a tire fixed with a slow leak. The staff was friendly enough, but when they tried to remove the wheel, they had to use a special key that fit the wheel lock, which I supplied to them. They proceeded to wreck the key but using the air drill, so the key got stripped. They called me and I said I had another key. I drove back, gave them the backup key and while I was there, I saw them with the air drill trying to remove the lock and they stripped the replacement key as well. Good thing I had a second backup. They made no offer to pay to replace the ruined keys, instead saying that they could remove the lug for $50 to 'repair' the issue. I told them to return my car. I didn't want them to touch it after that. I will take it to a reliable mechanic to have the flat fixed.

I just left this location without getting service because of the way I was treated by an employee…read morenamed Alex. From the moment he greeted me, he was rude and condescending. He asked if it was my first time there. I told him no, that I had been there before. He then said, "Oh, because you were just waiting back there." I explained that I was waiting because there were cones up and he was already assisting another customer. Instead of simply helping me, he responded with, "We've had those cones since 1988," in a sarcastic tone. At that point, I asked for someone else to assist me because I wasn't there to argue--I was there to get an oil change. Unfortunately, Alex continued with his smart remarks and unprofessional attitude. I was speaking Spanish on the phone with a friend before our interaction, and I couldn't help but feel like I was treated differently because I'm Latina. Whether that was the reason or not, that's how the experience made me feel. I left and took my business to Jiffy Lube in Seminole instead, where I told them what had happened. Alex's behavior is the reason I will never return to this location. Customer service like this is completely unacceptable.

Very Knowledgeable & Professional, did an amazing work to detail on making sure things were perfect & fixed a Seal issue on my oil filter that someone never cleaned the Attachment point so it never had a 100% Seal. A Meineke employee scammed my brother out of $3000 for car repair that was not done. My brother had to take the vehicle to another mechanic to find out certain parts was not replace and more damage was cause to the vehicle. Meineke need to take responsibility for their employee and the job that was not done. This Meineke is located at 2436 Gulf to Bay Blvd, Clearwater. I emailed the news station to complain, I hope they pursued this situation for me. I will also contact an attorney.
