I don't know if the 40 was a special, but they did a great job, and it was quick. The waiting area of the car wash is beautiful. They have a kid place, and an area to sit with multiple circuits so you can work. I was able to work while getting my car cleaned in a nice area. They also have waters and a nice coffee machine. The process was quick and efficient, but I ended up being charged a few extra bucks for shop materials more than what I expected based on what was actually used. With my shop experience, I know that a proper work order should be created with an estimate of shop materials and then updated with a modified number at end of something changed. It also is supposed to be signed before any work is done on your car, and that simply wasn't done here. Although it was only a few dollars extra, the lack of transparency in the process left a bad taste in my mouth. Next time, I'll be looking for a shop that follows standard procedures and is more upfront about their costs.
