Went there because they kept popping up on my social media so I told myself I would give them a try. Based on other reviews the service should take about 10minutes and it is done with you in the car. My car needed an oil change so I decided to try them out. When I arrived I was the only car so they had me pull my vehicle right in. I was immediately impressed because there were female technicians-big shout out to all my girlies! Folio was the person who was setting up my service and taking my information. Kind, friendly and professional. Offered me a nice icy cold bottle of water while they began my service. He explained what would be done today when it came to my oil change in addition to checking my tire pressure and topping off other fluids. The service was completely done in less than 30 minutes with no waiting. I paid about $120 dollars for the service which I thought was reasonable and within the range my dealership charges. Overall great value, would recommend due to no waiting, and professionalism of the staff. read more

I stopped by Take 5 today and was lucky to be helped by Paris and Orlando. Let me just say, their customer service is top-tier! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience super smooth. What really stood out was how attentive they were. They offered me a complimentary water while I waited in my car, checked everything thoroughly, and even put air in my tires. They also inspected my cabin filter, and I found out I didn't even have one! It's rare to find a place where the staff truly goes above and beyond like this. Great service, great people. This was the greatest experience for an oil change I've ever had! Ali and Junior are suuuper professional and friendly. It's a little more expensive than others but I will never go anywhere else again. 3 stars but maybe it should be two. The positive is that the service of the employees was very friendly and water being offered. That's where the positive ends. Yes you do get to stay in your car but you will definitely wait, I waited approximately 30-40 minutes to get serviced. My mistake was not asking for price or investigating myself, but absolutely absurd and not worth it. I did deny service upon learning the price and service got pretty cold from that but I'm just not going to drop almost $100 on an oil change. The dealer does $120 and throws in tire rotations and inspections, and a closer spot does $35-$50 oil changes. So there's just no reason for me to come here. read more

I asked for an oil change, the workers must have made a mess with the oil leading to them spraying the engine down with water causing many problems for my car. They send me to a shop to see if it was caused by them. The shop said it was and take 5 still refuses to take accountability for causing many problems to my car. Do not go here or to any take 5 they will not take responsibility if they make a mistake and they are supposedly ran by the same manager who believes he has the authority of all take 5 oil changes. read more

Upon arrival we were greeted by Aden, super friendly and helpful. Our oil change service was done by Moses and Aden handled the paperwork. Moses did a very comprehensive job on our DuraMax diesel truck. It took a bit of extra work but Aden kept us informed throughout. Price was exceptional. We pulled right up and had no wait. The young gentleman that helped us was polite and friendly. The oil change took no more than 15-20 mins. We felt confident in their work and paid about 80 after our military discount. Everyone there worked as a team. The manager checked on us to make sure all was good. They didn't have coolant at the time, but called me when it came in stock for me to come back in. There was no pressure to get additional items you sometimes get at these services. My vehicle was serviced by Techs Miguel and Orlando. About a day after having the oil changed I began noticing oil leaks on my drive way. I immediately contacted Take 5 who initially were willing to inspect the leak. However after I returned I was told that my vehicle was damaged and the leak was pre existing. They told me that I would need to take my car to a "repair shop". After having a mechanic inspect my vehicle, he explained the oil leak was due to a missing drain plug gasket as seen in the photos. What is the point of the sales pitch being a fast service when your stuck sitting and waiting bc they only do one car at a time.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I hope if you read this review, YOU WILL NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY REASON. I went here on 12-6-25 for a basic oil change. I'm very upset because now my car has been leaking oil ever since going here 10 days ago. My car had zero leaks when I drove into their garage. Also, one of the guys working on my car dropped one of the bolts to my vehicle & when I asked him if he lost it, he then lied to my face & said he had the bolt. I heard the other employee say the bolt went into the oil. The next day I noticed my car was leaking oil so I opened the hood to my car & there is a missing bolt. I spoke to the manager Ali & he tried to convince me it's not their fault that my car is leaking & that it's just a coincidence that my car started leaking on the exact same day that I took my car to their establishment for an oil change. I wanted my money refunded. He said no. And I now have to go to my real mechanic & have him fix the damages these buffoons did on Dec. 6, 2025. Don't take your car here. They will mess it up & it will just cost you more money because you're going to have to pay someone else to fix their screw ups. I HOPE I CAN SAVE ONE PERSON FROM GOING THRU THE SAME EXPERIENCE I JUST HAD WITH THESE GUYS. A quick oil change is now an ongoing hassle that I'm going to have to take time off of work for & spend more money to fix what should have been an easy oil change. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! This place was great. I felt like I was in a race car pit. These guys had it going on. It was amazing to see this little shop do such a great job. Both guys were in sink with each other. The communication was on point. Great job guys. They even let you know to come back to check all your fluids and will fill them up, up until your next oil change! (3000 miles) Love that. I went for an oil change and as I pulled in a young lady by the name of Monserrat had told a co-worker that I would not be able to be serviced without a dipstick, though I have been serviced prior as I showed Raul my previous service sticker from Take 5. As I pulled in the bay, I was not greeted with a welcoming presence by Monserrat at ALL. As I proceeded to tell her was proceeding with the same services prior...I'm told I have to pay now. I mentioned how I have never had to pay for the service prior and she said, "That's just how we do it." I mentioned how it will take a couple minutes due to me not retrieving my coupon in time. As I'm waiting she proceeded to ask, "Will you be paying with card or cash?" I mentioned how I was still waiting on my coupon. When I was told, anything above a $20 isn't accepted...I mentioned no proper signs being placed and she mentioned how a manager had just removed it. When I told her I would have to figure something out and proceeded to make a phone call for a transfer, she had told Raul to cancel my service and that I would be guided out..though I mentioned I was proceeding with the service and STILL WAITING ON THE COUPON. I had payed and questioned why I had to pay before any service was started as I have never done that at ANY oil change and she tells me "just in case you weren't able to pay for the service". I drive a newer BMW 530e and have already had service done with Take 5.Why would I not pay for a service I have had prior, especially when my issue was the fact that I only had $100 dollar bills in cash on me. I felt absolutely RACIAL PROFILED AND DISCRIMINATED AGAINST! I have never in my life dealt with a situation as such while dealing with any car service.
