My husband had a bad experience with him back in November after they killed my brand-new battery and I had one again today over the phone. He literally told me I was dumb and continued to interrupt me, spelling out VIN talk to me as if I was a child. He kept on telling me he didn't care that my personal information was released to someone else. I told him I was going to call Corporate and complain (which I did) and then he hung up on me, then he called my husband and tried to get me to call back to fix things which isn't happening. When I paid around $400 for vehicle maintenance for the White Subaru 2023 Ascent on May 6, 2025 at the Windmill location on 2583 Windmill Pkwy Henderson NV, 89074. They told me that they will make sure they do their job in checking the car to make sure it is good to go. However, on November 28, 2025, we had an accident due to a break of the transmission, and after the towing and bringing it towards the "Subaru of Las Vegas" dealership, we were informed that the damage was caused by not enough transmission fluid being added to the vehicle. So, I contacted the Jiffy Lube location to ask them about this problem and hopefully that they can pay for the damage, however they refuse to pay as they claim not to be responsible for the damage caused by the vehicle which is wrong because they were the ones who worked on the car before this incident happened and from the diagnosis that the dealer told me, the price I have to pay for the damage is $11,500. Further details of this incident was that when the corporate did called me back, they ask me why I didn't service the oil, which was completely irrelevant to what I was asking the company for. This was a customer case #00473828 for the store #2668, specifically the breaking of the transmission because of the poor maintenance the location gave to me. read more

Even though they are a little pricey. Their customer service is on point and 100 percent. Went in for oil change on 9/25/25 and I tried to do it before but was having a really bad day. After apologizing the manager to no fault of his own apologized as well. The guys are great and fast at what they do. I recommend if you are in the Henderson area to go. Seemed they were short staffed but no one said anything to us that the wait would be longer than usual. After waiting more than 15 minutes, we asked what the deal was. I come to this jiffy lube a few times a year to get my serviced since I've moved from LA. Service is always fantastic. However, this was experience was exceptional. Im one of those people that know nothing about cars and I'm okay with that. I was was having issues with my tires after I got them fixed at discount tires. I roll up one morning to meet Cheryl, one of the managers I believe. She was so kind to me. I told her what was happening and she was happy to look at my tires. She told me what was up, fixed it with a smile, and refused to charge me anything! she guided me out of one of the terminals with a smile and told me I could come back anytime if it happened again. The service here was awful. I was met by very young man, who looked bothered that I had even pulled up. He blankly told me they were out of oil filters but he would check on it for me. He walked back inside and another VERY young man came back out to tell me "it was no dice" on my filters. He said he had no idea when filters would arrive, and told me to back out the way I came. He didn't offer to help me backup, or anything. Overall the whole experience was disappointing. First the service was awful, then the employees attitude made it worse. He agreed to replace the part. We looked at the paperwork and it mentioned air in the tires. So we asked about that. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 100 STARS I WOULD! I had an emergency while driving through Las Vegas, with my young kids, where it was 115 degrees; my AC stopped working and I needed to be back in San Diego this evening. Luckily my kids were able to hang out with my brother and sister at the mall, while I drove to multiple repair places to ask for help. This place was the ONLY place willing to help me late on a Friday. I was literally in tears in my car because I couldn't stay in Vegas for multiple days (like other places were asking) and I needed help. They were able to take me in when no one else would, check my AC, and we found out I needed a new compressor ($$$$). They were able to fix it in the same day, bless their hearts! Shout out to the General Manager Cheryl and Anthony for their hard work and empathy. I will be sending them a Thank You gift when I get home! It's free to be a decent human being and at this shop, they take that to heart. FYI they have a water dispenser in the lobby where you can fill up with water during your wait, a TV usually playing classics (I watched Back to the Future, and decent chairs. I just stopped in recently for an oil change and this location knocked it out... Timing is everything as there was no other cars they were working on. I pulled in and they had me wait in the lobby where there was fresh coffee, water and the NFL playoffs on a flat screen. Later the cashier asked if I was going with the same oil option as last time. I had a $15 off coupon but it wasn't downloading on my phone. She gave me the $15 off anyways...sweet! We went over some routine maintenance options to consider in the near future but didn't press for me to purchase today. I asked if she could print out the services and the prices which she happily did. Soon after, I paid the bill and my car was done. It was pulled outside with the engine running and I was off. This oil change took less than 15 minutes, of which 3 minutes was me asking for print outs. lol I will most definitely be back when it's time for another oil change or more. This old guy said they would remove the oil from the bottom. As soon as I went in the restroom they started using a suction machine. I did just ignored it but gave me a hint that they would do a crapy job. Sure enough they did. Oil splatters every where. A puddle of oil on my skid plate flew out till the exhaust. Went for a simple oil change and left with my car smoking (it wasn't smoking when I got here, mind you) I went to another jiffy lube where I actually got my business handled. One employee unprofessional and pestering me to get my phone number and smoke weed with him after he's off work...I had already respectfully declined multiple times and said I had a partner but he continued to push claiming he'll give me discounts, then made a remark about me being naked that I don't want to repeat. The manager here was trying to be funny when I first walked in saying something along the lines of "You're going to be very distracting" and he was right because you would think this entire staff has never seen a woman before. And when I told him I'm uncomfortable he said "well I warned you this would happen"...so he knew already and instead of correcting his staff he just shrugs it off like 'well i told you you'd be harassed it's your fault for being here' ‼IF YOU'RE A WOMAN BY YOURSELF DONT GO HERE‼. The only redemption? The guy who harassed me about my number & such got fired because that was his 3rd strike of harassing women. The owner of this location called me and was very kind and refunded me and I respect the hell out of him.
