I looked at the reviews for oil change places and Take 5 had all 5 star reviews. I found a $25.00 off coupon off of their website. I loved the way they all did team work. They gave me a cold bottle of water. They checked my tires and added air, checked my air filter-it was good. The synthetic oil change had very fair prices. They told me to come back anytime and that they will check my oil and fill it for free S needed! What a great way to get repeat business. They by far exceeded all of my expectations! Pros:the entire experience! Cons: I am in a new car and I was scared I would drive into the open spot in the ground-where the guys go down into to do the oils change. But, they politely guided me. I'm not a fan of take 5 but I went to this one. Although it's never a 5 minute oil change or hardly a 5 minute wait or even 50minute at other ones, this one was great. No wait. Very courteous and explained suggested options without being pushy. I would definitely go again! read more

The customer service from Charles was 1 out of 5 stars. Super rude to start off with. Talking to co workers about me getting a oil change early, according to the sticker I'm a couple hundred miles early but apparently it's a great big deal. I would not recommend coming to this location while he is here seems to bring the vibe and quality of the location down. read more

Never Again! University Blvd. N. in Jacksonville: Looked them up online and got a coupon. Arrived, ushered into a bay, they drained my oil; they didn't have a filter to fit my car. At their instruction, came back a week later; still no filter to fit my car. Came back two weeks later and they had the filter. Changed the oil; charged me the regular price. Said that even though I had a coupon, when they added the price of the filter, it brought it up to what the regular price was! They do good work and thoroughly check anything else they may be able to take care of for you but will also tell you that they checked A, B, and C and they are good to go for now. Wow, the best customer service in Jax. I was assisted by Larry and Rayven. Rayven offered water and helped fill our tires with air. Tom showed us the oil was changed. While Larry cleaned our windshield and I went in at 2:28PM AND LEFT AT 2:36PM.anyhow Larry did his thing, you can see he's a pro. But here's the test, resetting my MAINTENANCE REQUIRED LIGHT....and he .Thank you Larry for the excellent service. They changed my windshield wipers too. Total cost $120.36. Was treated and talked to poorly. It was my first time ever getting an oil change and I made that clear with respect and a smile once I first arrived. As I attempted to pull up and place my vehicle on the dock the man who was directed me said and I quote "damn dumbass lil girl" then proceeded on with "watch where I'm directing you" with an even ruder tone. I immediately just backed up and took my time and money somewhere else. No one deserves that treatment especially when it's not being given to you! If your having a bad day leave it at home and learn some professionalism! Definitely do not recommend. They don't know what their doing. Pulled up wth my 2018 impala. They had no idea what oil to put in it. Took 30 min to Google and research. I should have known then to leave. Two days later my engine light comes on. I take back and They tell me I need fuel injection cleaner. Obviously this happens a lot because when I got to auto store they knew exactly what I needed when I told them what happened.
