I called to schedule the wheel alignment appointment and they were able to fit me in later that day. I really appreciated this! Also, I called around to other auto shops and Zenith had the best price for the wheel alignment before the Costco discount. Right after leaving, while I was almost home, every warning light on my dashboard suddenly turned on engine, brakes, ignition, and more. My car completely gave out and became undriveable right in front of my home. My husband and I had to put the car in neutral and physically push it into our parking space. Before this oil change, my car was working perfectly fine and I had NEVER experienced any problems like this. I called the shop, but you can't even speak to someone directly in the store because it routes you to customer service. I had to file a claim. The manager eventually called me, and I explained everything that happened. He asked if there was any way to bring the car back, even though I clearly explained the vehicle was completely inoperable. I even offered to have it towed there myself, but he declined and said either he or a technician would come to my address to inspect the car. It has now been 3 days with no car and no follow-up. No technician. No manager. No answers. This situation is completely unacceptable. Now I'm potentially stuck paying for damages that happened immediately after a routine oil change.

I have been bringing my vehicles to this location for routine maintenance and occasional repairs…read moreover the past two years. Most recently, in July, I came in for a standard oil change, during which the team discovered that the radiator fan was loose, along with several other potential issues. I agreed to the necessary repairs, as I have always trusted that they have my best interests at heart. After picking up my vehicle a few days later, we noticed that the AC was not blowing cold air, and the steering wheel shook significantly when accelerating on the freeway. I returned to have these issues addressed, but the team struggled to identify the root cause. Eventually, it was revealed that an incorrect compressor had been installed previously because my vehicle was not categorized correctly in their system due to its diesel transmission. They worked to remedy it by installing the correct compressor at no charge, but unfortunately, this led to a domino effect of further issues. I followed up regularly on the status of the repairs, and after nearly three weeks, I was finally able to pick up my vehicle again. However, just two weeks later, while driving on the freeway, the steering wheel shook once more. Upon exiting, the vehicle struggled to exceed 10 miles per hour without severe shaking, and the tire pressure light indicated low pressure, despite there being no visible flat. The tow truck driver we ended up contacting came to tow my vehicle. As he loaded it on the ramp we discovered a large bubble on the front passenger tire, which explained the shaking. I tried to remain patient and considered returning to Tire Choice to resolve these issues, but this experience was the last straw. Regrettably, I decided to part ways with my vehicle, as it was no longer worth the ongoing struggle. My trust in repairs shops were now non existent. It's disheartening that I had brought all three of my vehicles here over the past two years. I do appreciate Danny and Ethan for their communication throughout the process and I understand it may have orignated with previous management. However, I can no longer return, as my family's safety has been compromised multiple times under their scope in just the last month--a risk I cannot take. When I walked in, I was greeted by Treyvon with amazing customer service. He explained the Meineke process of servicing my Jeep. The Team did a detailed inspection, with pictures, and Treyvon explained all the issues they found that I was not aware of. The issues were rated by colors: Green=Good, Yellow=Future work, and Red=Now/Immediate. In each section you choose what to repair, but you are now INFORMED of all issues and what the Team suggest based on "immediate" or "future work". Treyvon helped me decide which issues I should take care of NOW. I elected to get everything done, because the issues are all inter-related in some way; I didn't want new parts working with old parts. Treyvon took care of the business portion (ensuring I got a great price including my military discount), and Marc and Jacob worked all day on the Jeep. Tech Ric arrived and efficiently swapped the battery out of my Viper. The quoted price was $229…read moreand Ric got the job done in 50 minutes. He is younger and much more flexible than me and did the job without going under the car. Battery is next to differential and I had to use a creeper and do the swap on my back. I took 90 minutes last time I did a battery swap. We had 10 minutes to chat and Ric lift after cleanup at exactly one hour. 5 stars. I asked for a quote for installing 6 new spark plugs and ignition coils for my 2106 Honda van. The process is 1 pull plug wire 2. Remove a 10 mm bolt that holds coil in place 3. Remove spark plug. 4. Install new plug. 5. Put coil over plug. 6. Replace and tighten 10 mm bolt. 7. Attach plug wire to plug. Repeat 6 times. The 3 rear plugs take an extra 4 to 5 minutes each due to less clearance to rear engine compartment wall. Last time I personally did this on a Honda van it took me an hour and 20 minutes. I checked the 2 flat rate books I have access to and the time allowance was 1.5 hours on the first and 2 hours on the second. I was a bit shocked when Squeaky sent me an estimate for $419 net after a 50 buck discount. Simply put, you priced yourselves out of future work from me. My brick and mortar independent garage beat your price by almost exactly $150. I was a businessman myself, and I know you need to make a profit. I wish you well in the future, but have to rate this transaction as 2 of t stars due to unreasonable pricing. Cannot see using Squeaky in the future.
