Do not go there! They are only concerned about speed and cost!…read more They did an oil change on a friend's car. Here are the results: . Left the intake hose clamp loose. . Ran terrible after work . Did not drain all of the old oil. . Added 5.1 quarts which overfilled by over two quarts. . Only drained overfill leaving some old oil. . When asked why they don't drain from the oil plug, they said that the trans and oil pan plugs are too close and their technicians might not open the right one. . When asked why their machine didn't suck out all the old oil, they said the 2024 Subaru Forester has a compartmented oil pan. . They obviously didn't check the oil level. Now almost anyone who has a y motor sense know that overfilling a motor by even one quart can cause serious damage to an engine. This was overfilled by al.ost three quarts! Even though I am a certified mechanic (M169169), the only reason I found this was because it ran so bad. Probably what was happening was because of the pressure increase, oil was blowing by the piston rings and fouling the combustion chamber. DO NOT GO TO TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE.

I went to TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE #0241 in Austin, TX for a simple oil change. I pulled in and they…read moreimmediately pulled me into a bay. Eighteen minutes later, they began their work. Nothing out of the order was reported. Nothing was looked at under the hood...this car (2022 Honda CRV) is only used part time and has less than 9,000 miles on it. I asked to check the air pressure in my front passenger tire, which the "tech" did begrudgingly, adding a little. I paid and left. The invoice says that the air filter was clean (it should be, but was never looked at), Power steering noted as "safe level", though they never looked at it, coolant and transmission fluid levels were at safe levels, though they were never looked at, Washer Fluid was marked as "filled", though I know it was not checked. Wiper blades were OK, but they were not looked at, Oil Level noted as "safe level", God, I hope so! The windshield was marked as "Cleaned", but no one touched it. Later that day, I received a low tire pressure alarm. I took it to a nearby Firestone Shop and they said all 4 tires were low (and charged me nothing although I wanted to pay something). I won't be back to Take (4)5.

For a woman wanting him was never fought a battery on her own yet we had not we have been there…read moremore than once. The fact that they could not find either my husband or my information makes me feel a little Scam about this battery did not last its life so shouldn't I get a new one versus the last one I had was a plus I was told that was five year but the one that was recommended lasted three year but I'm not really sure why that was the right price for a three-year so it wasn't busy maybe cause it was Father's Day weekend but the guy assured me times two different guys that they would be able to get me in and that I appreciate the guy was very thorough and investigating what kind of car hand before my battery was given to me, but then I thought they were getting ready to call the police as if maybe my name didn't match up to the car a little uncomfortable, but that's their job I get that other than that. No complaints just didn't want to pay over $149 for a battery of the last three years that's all, but other than that I would say do your homework a little more on what type of battery you should've asked for when I was told if you just tell him what kind of car you have they will point to the battery you need. I think the initial battery that lasted so long was the cheapest of all of them and I'm not quite sure this one that looks at the same as mine is gonna be that much different

I just purchased a new Ram truck the sales team went way beyond expectations with there customer…read moreservice. The managers (The guys behind the glass) )was fabulous and made it a great and stress free buying experience.. This team will always be my first stop when looking for a new Ram Truck

I have been a long time customer of this dealership, last year my lease was up on my truck. I went…read morein and could not find the exact truck i wanted so I settled for a 2500. It went all down hill from here. They had me buy my lease to trade it in on my new truck. Well after the deal was done and 30 day into it, I was called by the bank wanted a payment for my traded in truck. I explained it was traded in. The dealership never payed it off. I went to the dealer and talked to them and they said it was paid off. I confirmed that not to be the case. Went back to the and asked to talk to the manager and got the run around so talked to the finance guy. He looked and said the payment was sent to the wrong place and they will get it fixed. Come another 30 days i get a letter that my loan was 60 days late. I went to the dealer and pushed my way to the manager. After explaining to him the situation, he said he would have it fixed that day. 1 week later, no calls and loan still not paid off. Went back down and was told its being taken care of. 3 weeks later no update, and then 60 days in i received a collection notice letter and a letter stating the truck will be repoed in the next 30 days (even though i didn't own or have the truck). Back to the dealer i went And was blown off with a bs story So i left and got an attorney. I was finally able to get the Jeff Wyler to send the payment to Stellantis and pay off the old truck. Talked to the manager and told him mine and my wife's credit was jacked up now because off this mess. He stated he would take care off me if when i wanted my next truck. come may 26, I am not happy with the way my 2500 rides and want to go back to a 1500. Go to dealer and sales manager is gone. But sales guy and finance all remember what happened. I told my sales guy i have 21 months left on my lease and would like to go back to a 1500. He said we can make it happen. The new sales manager basically stated he would take care of me and make it right. So to start i was lowed balled on my 2500 with 4500 miles on it to basically 10k less then kbb. Was told how they wanted my truck for them to sell. Then was trying to sell my the truck i wanted at sticker price minus rebates. No deals at all. Not even lotion so i could go duck myself. Ive tried to work with the sales guy on finding a deal that would work, but it's going nowhere. Mr.Wyler I have news for you cars unlike eggs are cheaper anyplace else other than your dealer ship. This dealership in Lawrenceburg does not give 2 shots about you. Thanks for screwing over your local first responder.
