Went in today to get an oil change and had one of rudest staff attendants imaginable, certainly won't be going back.

Quick service, but something shady is going on here. I had my oil changed only 3 months ago elsewhere and after taxes there was a $10.85 difference at this location due to "Shop Supplies" fee, which I've never seen before and I've gone to Jiffy Lube for my high mileage oil changes for years. Even the service I always get was a dollar higher here? I noticed it seemed high when he read the total, but didn't think much of it. They intentionally wait until after you pay to show you the charges and once your receipt is handed to you, it's "goodbye and your car is running on the street with the driver door open ready for you to leave". Not worth it for me to go back and cause a scene about, but definitely will not be returning to this location. For all I know, they're scamming for small amounts and pocketing the difference - it adds up. Beware. read more

Stopped for an oil change.I don't believe that they change your oil filter and if you google -does jiffy lube change oil filter, it says that they don't. The guy that handled the transaction tried to charge me an additional $10 that was not listed on the bill. I recommend that these fast oil change places be avoided. read more

I went in for a minor issue with my car, and the workers were very professional and honest with me.

It doesn't open on time. The website and signage say that it opens at 8a. I've been waiting for 15 minutes. No one is here.

I really appreciate the service received from Danny & Kirt this past weekend. I drove from Maryland to Kentucky and felt it wise to get an oil change and tire rotation (in MD) before getting on the road. Not before I left the state did I feel that my car was rattling, almost vibrating upon reaching 70mph. Though I stopped in PA for a couple of days and called a Jiffy Lube in the area, I was not met with the same commitment to solving the issue as when I spoke with Danny. I knew that I would be passing through Cincinnati to return home and figured I'd give the only Jiffy Lube open late on a Sunday a call. Not only was Danny warm on the phone and in person, but he and Kirt effortlessly diagnosed and resolved the problem at no additional cost. Had synthetic oil change done 1/16 and now my well cared for,one owner,bought new and extremely good shape is not working right . It acts as if it is going to stall and jolts when idling. Best oil change in Cinconnati, bar none. I go there for rideshare inspection and go back for any fluid changes I might have to have. If you give this place anything other than a good review, it is because you are entitled, and probably complain about hamburger meat at Wal Mart as well. read more

I got 2 flats in less than 24 hrs. I bought 2 new tires from TireRack and got them delivered to the Jiffy Lube on Linwood. Once I got there I was informed that I bought the wrong size tires. Kirt was super nice and helpful and even stayed way over his shift to make sure he took care of me. I'm visiting from Chicago, but I highly recommend Kirt at this location if you have any issues. 5 STARS for Kirt! read more

Did a decent job of oil change and tire rotation. Costs was high but they were fast to it. The single star is the representative brought out a very dirty air filter and implied it was from my car. Said $75 to change but 25 percent off today. I was supicious, the air filter for my car does not look like the sample he brought out. I got home and checked my air filter myself and it was in very good shape. I feel the use a fake dirty filter was a missreprentation that makes me suspicious of the job in general. read more

I came in yesterday for an oil change with a valid Groupon for full synthetic. After I purchased the Groupon and tried to pay there was an additional $15 fee that was needed to be paid out of pocket. I questioned this and the worker agreed there was no details of this fee but convinced me it was necessary so I paid (making it not even a deal anymore). On top of that, after driving off the lot and getting on the highway, I started hearing a loud spraying noise under the hood. When I pulled over, it seemed to be a water based liquid but all caps were closed that I could see. UPDATE: They forgot to tighten a panel and it was vibrating really fast hitting the hood. They tightened it then said they didn't hear anything when test driving it. Fixed, but over all still frustrated with my experience and the amount of time that was taken from my day(s) this week. UPDATE 2/24: I was contacted by corporate and they were apologetic about the situation and I was miss-charged for the oil change by $10. I do feel better that I wasn't crazy for questioning this and appreciate them resolving the issue. read more

Was trying to get to Valvoline but after seeing Jiffy Lube on the drive over I decided to just stop in here instead. Close, after all is easy. Pretty standard oil change. Took a little longer than I had hoped/expected on my Saturday afternoon, but I guess it was a bit busy. I went in for the first time and asked for a normal synthetic oil change. I was never asked which deals I wanted or told what I was getting. After they finished I was charged $91 for an oil change because they gave me the premium oil change that I DID NOT ask for and WAS NOT told about. I was ripped off and the manager wouldn't do anything to help except give me a costumer service number that sent me to voicemail. I will never go back there. read more

Try and avoid getting your oil changed here, it was not a great experience. I went there for an oil change. I just got new plates and they offered to put them on my car for free. Then they tried to charge me for it when I checked out. The whole time they tried to up-sell and get me into the premium oil, air filter, new wiper blades, every single fluid in the car swapped out, etc. I refused everything and went with the basic oil and it came to $53. Total rip off, they just want to ring you up for as much as possible. read more

I had a coupon for this Jiffy Lube that included an oil change, tire rotation, and rain-x window treatment (valued at $10). They definitely did not apply the rain-x. I thought it could have just been a mistake, so I emailed customer service and all I got was a generic email saying they are sorry I was less than satisfied with my experience. I emailed them back and said the least you can do is give me a voucher for ten bucks. No response. I suspect I was not the only person who did not get their rain-x window treatment from this coupon, but even if it was just an accident, that's understandable but what irks me is they refused to correct it. I suggest you think twice if you use a coupon for this Jiffy Lube, and if you do decide to go there, check very carefully to make sure you received everything they promised to give you. I know I will never be using Jiffy Lube again after this experience. read more

We jsut went to this jiffy lube and it seems they've tried to make changes in customer service. My wife and I went to get our oil changed, and fluids looked at. They went above and beyond and within 15 minutes looked at the whole car and recommended where we could get the parts in town if we wanted to install it ourselves. Very thoughtful! Within 15 minutes my car was up and running. The customer service was amazing!! Now, it's no Lexus dealershiop where they wine and dine you with wifi, HDTV, free food and coffee, yada...yada. But they made sure to open doors for my wife, treat us with respect, and just overall very thoughtful. I highly recommend this location for its customer service. read more

I bought a Groupon for an oil change and tire rotation, so I took my car here on a Monday. While checking parts of the car, unrelated to the oil or tires, the worker broke a piece of my car. After waiting an hour while they called Toyota dealers and local car part stores I finally had to leave. They called me later that evening and told me they "rigged" it up so I would be able to drive, because the part had to be specially ordered and it should be in on Tuesday. Went to the shop on Tuesday with my dad, so he could see if the "rig" job was safe enough for driving. It was not; what they broke was a tube and instead of connecting it back together, they closed off each end separately. Meanwhile, the part should now be in Wednesday. Wednesday I get a call that the part number changed, so they had to call Toyota headquarters but it'll be in early Thursday. I called on Thursday and was told they they couldn't get in touch with anyone at the parts dept. at the Toyota dealership where the part was being delivered and no one was returning their calls. My dad called the store manager, who then told him the part is obsolete (for my 2009 corolla)! My dad demanded his supervisor, who then told my dad I would get a rental car Friday at 8:30am. (I have been without a car this entire time.) My dad demanded I get a car that night and told the supervisor the airport is open. My dad and I drove 30 miles to get the car. Ironically, my car was fixed the next day, Friday. Then when I went to pick up the car on Friday I was floored when I was not only asked to present my groupon, but told I owed $36 on top of that for semi-synthetic oil. When I said I wasn't paying the store manager told me they did me a favor by ordering and fixing the part for free. I said of course you did because your employee broke it. She responded "we don't know if he did or he didn't", but we do know because he told me on Monday. So rude, and coming from a store manager! Absolutely terrible customer service/policies. Save yourself the time and trouble and don't go here. Would not go back to a Jiffy Lube, especially this one, even if my life depended on it! read more
