Or you can I will not make a long Review, and I do not like giving reviews unless I feel got treating wrong , or I feel like I'm getting ripped off. I've never been to one of this places (and never will return to it again) I need ot to go out of town and didn't have time for a oil change at my local shop ( were I go always) so I decided to give this place a try since is around my home, it should be quick and easy and about the same price as my local prefer shop. When you' get there an employee approaches you with a nice cold water and a clipboard and pen to fill out a customer information card - Than you pull up and that's when the up scaling begins to take effect- my vehicle uses synthetic 0-20 and OEM oil filter. They have 5 options: Option A- $120 option B - $110 Option C- $96 option D - $84 (I think) and obviously I ask why so many choices what's the $84 dollars Oil? Employee: is a recycle Oil but we don't have 0-20 for your car -to what I answer what's the on above.? Employee: same thing as the previous and we do have it for you vehicle. (WHAT) I said do the $110 option, As they proceed to change the oil using a suction vac , they check my air filter ($35) I said no that he shows me a transfer case plug and stays to tell me I should think about getting it change ( it was change 10k miles ago). He keeps going with it' looks bad etc.. I said no- Finally after 30 minutes they change the oil and the oil filter (who the heck knows what brand of oil and filter they are but the box is green) probably something that costs them $3 per filter ) After they were done I get charge $128 for an oil change,, the cost of $110 didn't included the oil filter WTF!!!!!!!!!! That was an extra charge --- Anyways in done with that The most interesting and deceiving part was the sticker they gave me to remember when it need another oil change, look at the pic. 3k miles it says and I ask the what's up with that he said Nono no that's just e reminder to check your fluids, I said you are deceiving people read it and tell me if it says "at a certain mileage check fluids) it doesn't you guys are ripping people off and deceiving people, not kool , I'm never going BACK EVER!! O I forgot- The coupon on their website where I texted it to me they did not validated !!!! WTF!!! I come here for both my vehicles oil changes today was just a top off for my truck. They were more than happy to do that. It was free. The quality is just fine 10 minutes in and out. The value is not bad. They always have coupons to try and have you save a buck and it's right down the street from my house. I recommend this place to anyone. read more

So I went to take five cause it become a regular to us and our family. The young girl I didn't catch your name. Very polite and told me that it would be a minute. And I realize one thing in life. Just be patient. She kept apologizing for how long it was taken to get me into the bay and when they did, they did their service you can tell that we're unders staff, but yet she did everything she could to make sure it was done correctly and promptly as the lady in the other day. Next to me was being rude and obnoxious and I get it. Sometimes things don't go away, but sometimes we need to show compassionate for People, especially working People when they know their back is against the wall and their short staff I just wanna take a moment to recognize her. Customer service was painfully bad. They didn't tell me the price until after the job was done (the price being outrageous). Most expensive oil change I've seen and you're not even being treated nicely. Manager is not a people person as well. Very disappointed. read more

I had a great experience here , and a fast easy oil change service! You don't even have to leave your car during the process. Very nice workers, they gave me a water while I waited, and helped me out with all the info about my cars oil etc. and the best oil to get for the price. I even was able to use a coupon came out to like $103 which is pretty good !! Also came back for coolant change which they did a good Job with! Definitely will be coming back here when I need a quick easy oil change etc read more

I'm extremely disappointed with the service my 16-year-old daughter received when she went in for a basic oil change and was charged a shocking $90! This is an outrageous price for such a simple service, and it's clear they took advantage of a young girl who didn't know any better. I've had many oil changes in my life and have never been charged anywhere near this amount. She was in a Nissan Sentra, not an exotic car. I called and spoke with Brenden Donnell, who assured me that a manager from the location would call me back to resolve the issue, but no one ever reached out. This level of customer service is unacceptable. If you're considering going here for an oil change or any other service, beware - they will overcharge you without a second thought. There was a 25% off sign outside when we pulled in my friend pulled in one bay. I pulled in the other you could see that it was for veterans only which I honor however from the street you couldn't tell that was the first clue that dishonesty was going to occur.. the second clue was my intuition just started screaming get out of there. When I asked him how much it would cost they said well we have to wait till we know how much oil it will take. I said wait a minute a Prius is a Prius. It should take 4 to 5 quarts. Why can't you tell me how much it's gonna cost so the woman comes up to my window points to a fee of $160 plus extra for the oil cause it synthetic and says will you have 137,000 miles on your car so it's gonna cost more. I looked at her and I said what does the mileage have to do with how many quarts of oil you put in the car she could not answer. My friend and I both drove out. Her Volkswagen was $180 is what she was quoted and we went over to. Gruluches Automotive On Alma School Road in Mesa they gave us each of $15 discount. My friends oil change was $60 and mine was 70 because of the synthetic. Please do not give five minute oil change any business they don't deserve it. First let me say, I'm sure it's extremely hard to fulfill a position to change oil in Arizona heat. So kudos to the guys that do this. If I have to guess, I'm sure the pay is pretty lousy. Too many of us, our vehicle is our lifeline to our daily life. If our vehicle is not running our world stops for the day. When I stop at an oil change place, I need the guys in the bays to exude confidence and what they're doing . Take 5 employees do not do that for me. They seem young and inexperienced. I watched these two bicker and argue and I'm not 100% sure they do what they were doing hoping for the best. They tried twice to upgrade me to the synthetic oil. I told him twice no just put the economy in. They had to ask each other if it was OK that my car took economy oil. Horrible experience!!! System won't allow me to give them ZERO STARS, so 1 it is. Imagine going in for an oil change and the grease monkey in the pit isn't smart enough to decipher the difference between an oil pan and a transmission pan. Long story short, I left with a completely dry transmission and 20 qts of motor oil in the engine. The guy who was in the pit, left the bottom side my truck covered in oil, stripped out the transmission pan bolt, and then couldn't even tighten the oil filter enough so that it wasn't leaking. The manager, Dillon, basically did what HE thought was best and then lied to me in regards to communication and how the business was going to handle the situation. Never in my life would I suggest these guys to do anything. read more

I went in for an oil change and received very good customer service. They were quick and knowledgeable. The employee and manager were friendly and honest. The price was reasonable but they gave a discount which ended up making it a great value. In all it took about 15 mins minutes for an oil change, new filter, and windshield wipers which I knew I needed before hand and they had in stock. I just waited in my car. They offered me a cold water bottle which was very nice as it was a very hot day. read more

Prices are very good and the professionalism is excellent. it really is an experience of great customer service, curtious and value all in one place.
