No immediate…read moreproblems, but over time this caused over $5000.00 of damage to the DPF, EGR, and CCV parts of the emissions system. Took the truck to the dealer and they indicated that it was damaged from being overfilled. I reached out to Valvoline for a remedy, and after almost a week of little to no updates am informed that they will not cover that. They are the only place to touch the oil on this truck. They do not deny overfilling it, just that it did not appear right away so they won't cover it. No more "quick" oil changes for me.

*PLEASE DON'T GO HERE* We took our F-150 to AutoPro Alcoa…read moreon Gill St in March 2025 for warranty repair on a turbo and came out having to tow it to a Ford dealer and needing a new engine! AutoPro had the truck over a month (had to return twice) and following the final pick up, fluid drained everywhere and the engine locked up on the side of the road so we towed it to Ford. Ford claims per the attached invoice this was due to faulty install of the turbo and provided many photos for documentation. AutoPro initially tried to make it right by putting in a new engine and the general manager promised verbally as well as in writing to reimburse our rental car expenses incurred as a result of this mess. Unfortunately, per the attached email chain from AutoPro's general manager, they are now refusing to reimburse our rental car expenses. We are also out another $4,500 as that's what it took Ford to get the vehicle fixed following the new engine install. Shame on AutoPro! They left my family out to dry so we're having to sue following an already 6 months of disruption in our lives! Also, these bullies keep trying to get my reviews taken down but look at the evidence for yourself. The truth prevails. This place sucks.

Finally, the owner of shop #3 referred me to Wolf Tire & Muffler. I am SO glad he did. I explained I was from out of state, traveling home, and could they fix it soon. They made a call, I presume to check on parts, and said "Sure, bring it in and we'll take care of it!" I was there a short time later. They were so nice and accommodating. Shortly after the part was delivered they got right to it, fixed it, and charged me a very fair price considering I was done and driving away (smiling) just 2 hours after arriving. They showed me the oil on the end of the dipstick. It looked like it had just been changed. They said I could wait about another 1,000 miles. How honest is that! They said they didn't want to take my money until it was necessary to do so. They even cleaned my window and checked my tires and placed air in the needed tires without charging. I will 100% be back to get my oil changed in a 1,000 miles with these guys. It can be difficult to find honest businesses or people these days. The entire crew jumped on the job and completed the service with better than professional pleasantries and I was out of there in just under 10 minutes. All were young and exceptionally enthusiastic. The facility was as clean as the day after construction was completed and brand new. Definitely will come back to them if I need an oil change next time I'm in the area. Excellent and fast service!
