I've taken my car to this location four times in total. The first two times were great but the last two times were very unpleasant to the point that I'll be going back to Valvoline. The main issue was the male employee who was working there the last time I went in. He was clearly having a bad day and took it out on the two customers who were in the bays, one of which was me. His demeanor and tone were really combative. I decided within 30 seconds of hearing him scream at the other customer that I was going to limit any interaction with him. The first conversation that occurred was the male employee essentially yelling at me because he insisted I HAD to bring my car in every 3000 miles and I was harming my car and it would be my fault when it broke down. I tried explaining that the recommended oil change mileage for the Equinox is 7500 miles when using synthetic oil. I brought the car in at 6000. He tried to mansplain to me about my own car. Don't automatically treat females like we don't know anything about cars. It's just annoying. The second incident occurred when I wouldn't take him up on trying to upsell me on the air filter. He started going on about how an air filter works and why I needed to buy a replacement. I remained silent and just let him keep going. He got mad and snapped at me "Do you even care?" I just replied to put the air filter back and I would change it myself at home. It also took 30-45 minutes for the oil change. There were two employees and only our two cars the whole time. It probably would have been quicker but the two employees spent a lot of time gossiping and joshing around. I'm not saying don't have fun at your job but it did have me wondering how much attention was being paid to my car. read more

I have taken my car to this business for 10 years. I LOVE this business because if you don't need service, they don't try to upsell you with services you don't need. I don't drive much anymore, I went up to get my oil changed and was told that I didn't need anything at this time but to come back in a few months. They could have just changed my oil and I would have been none the wiser but they thought of what was RIGHT and told me to come back in a few months. My husband took his car for an oil change first. I went a day later. We both had a great experience. There was not a long wait. The service was smooth and kind. They handed a cool bottled water to me as it was hot and that was nice. I took a regular type oil and it was $49.99 for that. They checked my air filter and topped off my windshield fluid. They gave me a window cling for the timing on my next expected oil change. They gave me a coupon for a free car wash that needed to be used in 24 hours. I pulled right in. It's located right next to the oil change. Then I used the outside vacuums to spruce up the inside of the car a little. Overall- very pleased all around. The website for this place calls itself the "Stay in your car, 10 minute oil change" place. Nothing could be further from the truth. It took more than an hour and 45 minutes to get an oil change. Once they trap you in their garage, you can't leave. You're stuck. They don't tell you it's going to take forever beforehand. They just have you pull in. It looks like they have two bays, but they just have a single crew alternate between them. So, it might as well be 1 bay, since they aren't working on two cars simultaneously. I could get my oil changed faster at the dealership. For $90 for a basic oil change, you need to do better. This was my first time here, and obviously, my last. read more

Went there to service my new car I purchased and the dude made me get out of the car and change the cabin air filter myself (note that they tell you to stay in the car) also he didn't even give me gloves to clean the air filter with and the filter he made me replace was too big and limited my A/C over all a bad experience. read more

Please be careful using this company for oil changes. these assholes are not supposed to used impact wrenches to take off oil plugs or filter. they have screwed my car up so bad that i had to hammer off my plug when changing my oil. thanks alot for fuckin up my car.
