The manager at that time apologized and said the next time I come in for an oil change, it will be on them. Fair enough. Except... This morning I went in for an oil change - crickets. No record. Plus they charge $6.90 for shop supplies and $2.43 for a "convenience fee". And they compute the taxes on all of the above. So the $59.99 oil change became $74.52. I call that deception, along with their forgotten promise.

The front rotors were replaced, a new caliper and new brake shoes were installed to get me on my way. Everyone was real friendly, knowledgeable and got right to it. Around 2 hours. I called again, employee picked up this time and said too many customers ahead of me. He asked if I could get my car tomorrow. I said i couldn't and this should have been explained to me when I first called at 11am or at 2pm when I dropped off my car. Employee said it would not get done and seemed unphased.
