This is now my go to Take 5 here in Orlando. Yesterday, I came in to get an oil change for my diesel GMC. This truck takes a specific brand of oil and they did not have it in stock. No problem at all. I could have just been sent to another location or told to check back another time. However, Darin went the extra mile! He took my number, ordered the oil, called me back same day to reschedule a time to come in and took care of me as they always do. I will always be using this location for my company vehicles and personal! 10/10 service and I hope every employee I hire has the same customer care that Darin showed!! Great job! read more

Let me start by saying that after the whole Firestone debacle, I've been hesitant to take our other car to get the oil changed there. After doing lots of review reading and browsing, I wanted to give this establishment a try, and I do not regret that decision! I pulled in after another car, with a 3rd already being serviced so I knew there would be a short wait. Luckily from the time I pulled in to the time I drove off was only 38 minutes! The staff was super friendly and professional, checking all the fluids, pressures, and filters quickly. They were amazed at the low mileage on the car and when you take the time to chat, everyone just seems more personable and takes their time to do the job right. Synthetic oil is not cheap, but I don't begrudge them for the price. I will absolutely go back there again to top off any fluids if needed, and hope I have the same crew in 5,000+ miles. Clean, friendly, fast, and no up charge pressure. The air filter needed to be changed and I added that to the service. They even caught a problem with my wiper that I never noticed. Amazing fast service on my hand! Nicely priced and everything! My service that I wanted was done and was greatly priced! Only issue is that I wasn't able to tip I believe the workers should get tipped I was helped by Fred and mark the manager should let them be able to be tipped for their great work and amazing service as a car duo. read more

They didn't put my splash shield back on properly (it has to be removed to change the oil on my car) and it fell off while I was driving home. I contacted them and they refused to do anything about it. The most annoying part is they responded to my review pretending that I didn't already contact them. I'll never go here again. read more

Waited for two hours on a Saturday. That night took my car to dinner and there was an awful noise coming from underneath. Turns out they did not properly reattach a plate under the car and it was dragging. Came in the next morning (they open at 8) at 7:45 so they could fix it. When they finally opened at 8:10 they told me they didn't have enough people show up and wanted to send me to another store. I'm beyond pissed. read more

I went here because of a $20 coupon and the commercials on it being quick. Service was good, they offered me a water while I waited in my car. I only gave 3 stars because they put me in a lane where 2 other cars behind me were serviced first before me. I waited about 45 min for an oil change. Thought this was supposed to be quick? Next time I'll leave and come back at a time when there's no line. They should go in order of first come first serve. read more

Avoid this place at all costs. They told me I was due for a coolant exchange and they did the service there. 2 days later my car overheated. Now they are disputing my claim and now I'm looking for legal action against this as they damaged my car. Do not trust them with your car. read more

It was my first time getting an oil change from a new place and I was a little nervous. I called in advance to see if I can get same day service and they answered the phone quickly and very nicely. They let me know that I can come straight over and they will take care of me. I got there and I was instantly greeted and offered a water since it was a little warm out. They put air in my tires, checked and changed my filters, and let me know which oil would be the best for my car. They were very nice, the oil change was very very quick, and they were very friendly. I love taking my car to Take 5 for an oil change. It can be a hit or miss on whether you are "seen" immediately, but either way you're in and out in under 10 minutes. That is way faster than any other place if taken my car. They usually have a promotion, or coupons on their website, which makes it even better. I know I hate paying a lot for a task I don't particularly enjoy. I love how they greet you with a bottle of water and a smile. I love telling people who have never been here how fast it is to get an oil change and encourage them to give it a try. read more

My tires have air pressure sensors and require 44 pounds of air. The gauge they use indicated 50 so they must have let air out. 10 miles down the road, check tires light comes on. My tire gauge indicated 38psi. That was a previous oil change here. Opening the hood shows oil drips on the engine cover. As recent as today I get home and see oily hand prints on the white hood. I drive back and ask a tech if he has a soapy rag to wipe the oil finger prints off. He grabs any rag and wipes. Not exactly what I was looking for. Will I be back. Yes. Because how else can I help them become a top notch store but by being critical. So next time when I leave the bay, I will pull over and check before entering Lee Road traffic. read more

I went to Take 5 per a friend's recommendation, and I can definitely say I will be returning every time I need an oil change. It was quick, efficient, and relatively inexpensive for a synthetic oil change. It was the first service I went to where you get to remain in the car while your oil gets changed. They offered water/snacks and placed fans on me while I waited in my car. The staff is helpful, funny, and they do not try to sell you on things your car "needs." read more

Crooks. They said they would give me a 20$ discount on the 79$ oil change. When the bill came there was no discount and the salesman said he doesnt give discounts. Also they dont check wiper fluid or tire pressure...normal oil change service tasks. Pushed an air filter on me that didnt need to be changed. Sure, they will give you a free drink but you'll pay for it in the end. I wont be going back. read more

Ok, so you CAN'T get an oil change in 5 minutes. But if it were possible, this is the place it would happen. Everything is set up so you really can stay in your car, while they change the oil and fill the fluids, I only wish I had reminded them to check the air in my tires. Which I don't think they did even though it says they did. I checked online for a coupon and they texted me one for $24.99 so with the extra oil that they charge you for when you used the units called for in the book and shop supplies, which I believe is code for let's get the price to match what it's supposed to be, equalled out the door for $32.06 in my Toyota Tacoma with over 200,000 miles. Which wasn't bad for bad planning on my part on a Saturday evening, 1 hour before closing. But in hind site I would have brought an additive for the oil. And I needed an air filter which they did not have enough in stock, but informed me of as I looked at the Discount Auto at the corner down the street. Lol!
