I like that you stay in your car, but they haven't been communicative with us when we try to ask questions. Past two visits we didn't show us our dipstick :/ and didn't know how to describe the oil choices well to us. They did show us our engine filter which ours was okay today. They were out of our size wiper blade as well as our air and cabin filter. The guy they had doing sales was mumbling through things. The wait was about 20 minutes and the manager kept getting onto staff about getting cars taken care of. read more

Even though the wait was a little long it wasn't too bad. There was a wait because it was so busy. To me that means good. So I went to get my car inspected and they were all very friendly and helpful. I had a brake light that was out and he told me where to go to get the light, which was conveniently across the street. Don't come here unless you want your time wasted and money taken. I came for a simple state inspection and Kevin the tech decided to give the most thorough inspection I've ever received on my car in 6 years of owning it and having it done at several different dealerships and service centers. Never have I had to pop my hood or turn my windshield wipers on any of those times yet he decides to fail me for a license plate light being out once again I've never had anyone ask about those lights nor inspect them to the level they did wow I hope they're getting paid that good to be pulling out the most over killed inspection I've ever recieved. A waste of 20 minutes because they lie about a 5 minute oil change too & a a waste of 7$ I could've gone anywhere else and will next time. read more

Very courteous employees and better staffed compared to other locations. Not a fan of the call center phone service as they are unable to verify inspection availability other than which locations have inspectors. I prefer a specialty oil that they do not carry and they allow me to provide it for a slightly discounted rate from their normal rates. read more

This place messed up my car by adding too much oil to my 2022 vehicle. I had oil leak and then they denied my claim claiming that I took it somewhere else!! Not true!! This location lived up to their expectation. I was there for maybe 10 minutes. They asked me which oil I preferred, set me up an account & gave me a bottle of water and had me good to go in no time! After finding "Take 5" on the Commercial Street had closed early, I called this location to make sure it was still open. It turned out I was contacting a call center. How do I know? Well, I was assured the location was open for another hour. When I got to this location, I found it closed. Likely for awhile. The asphalt around the structure had been scraped away, the building was shut down and entry blocked off. The call center clearly was somewhere else and didn't know the location was shut down. If you try to go here, you need to have other options as there is no telling if this location will ever open and you can't expect reliable information over the phone. For me, I plan to use Jiffy Lube or Valvoline oil change services in the future. read more

This place is great! I have been coming here for more than a year now for all 3 of my vehicles. This weekend I went with my wife for the first time and she made me write a review, because she was so impressed with the service. She said repeatly, I love this place." The lines were 3 deep in all 3 bays and the manager came out several times to update us on the wait time asked if we wanted a water. And before we left he apologized for the wait. Which was less than a half hour. The tech who helped us, Nicole, was very nice and told us about the policy of topping off fluids any time till the next oil change. She even tell us they would put in the air filter for no charge if we bought it somewhere else. This was the first time I heard of that service. Lately, we have had a run of poor to bad service at several different places , the outstanding service we received here was above our expectations. Since we went yesterday my wife has.been telling several people; our neighbors, family and others about our great experience with the service. I was greeted and directed to which lane I should be in. Confirmed I was getting an oil change then waited an hour which I was patient and knew they were busy so I didn't mind. So I pull up cause it's my turn and they tell me they can or service my car because they are out of filters for my vehicle!!!!! After patiently waiting I was livid that they were just barely telling me this. I was told I could go across the street and purchase a filter and basically get in line again which at this time the line was even longer than when I first pulled up. Worst experience ever! I was told they didn't have the oil filter for my car and was then asked to go purchase it. The service technician told me, actually guaranteed me, that as soon as I got back from purchasing the air filter I would be serviced. Upon my return, mind you ten minutes later, they told me they couldn't service my car and I had to wait in line. The assisting manager Alfred was very condensing and rude. The techs that were there today were busy handing each other money, laughing and chatting while there was a long line for all 3 bays.
