This location was very slow, and although it was a Saturday, it looked as if they may have been short handed when I visited. I'm accustomed to someone coming out, to show me which lane to drive in to and offer me a bottle of water. That didn't happen here. I waited in line an hour to drive in to the bay and would've backed up and went further down the road to my normal location but I couldn't safely back up. The oil change itself only took about 15 minutes and was routine but I'm not sure if I'll return to this location.

I paid for synthetic oil, which is good for 5 months/5000 miles. I asked the attendant about this, and he said, "that's not your oil change reminder". Can't make that up. I asked for a manager, and the manager said the same thing: "That's not your oil change reminder". I asked what it was then. He said it was my reminder to come in between oil changes to have my fluids topped off. I asked, "Ok, so then how am I supposed to know when it's time to change my oil?" He said, "That's easy. Just add 2000". That sticker is a marketing gimmick to get you to come into the store again "between" oil changes, so that they can undoubtedly try to sell you more services. I could go on.
