The family owners are onsite, and really care about the customers. They've remodeled the lobby area, and rather than looking like the typical broken down grease monkey automotive waiting area, it's a nice peaceful place to sit and relax. When we got there for the appointment, they left us sitting in the waiting room for 6 hours until they told us that they didn't have time for An inspection that day, we were not there for another inspection which they knew because I told them all the issues on the phone when I made the appointment. We feel that this is a dishonest business and would not recommend that anyone, especially, ladies go there for any kind of service. Unfortunately, there were 3 other ladies in the waiting room with us. Also, and they all mysteriously seemed to come up with many more issues than the issues that they came for originally.
