They are always quick and efficient. Additionally, at my most recent visit, the service advisor Let me know that the oil change I got last time would last for 5000 miles instead of for 3000 miles. And he's advising me this as I'm already in the service bay to get my oil change, he could've very easily let me go ahead and get my oil change and spend the money for that, but he advised me that I did not need to and that they would simply top off my oil and my fluids and I'll be on my way not having had to spend any money. I thought that was amazing, to let money walk out the door but giving great customer service and great advice to a customer which ensures I will be coming back. read more

I have visited this location on several occasions and had no issues only to take my vehicle in for a recall at the dealership and during the inspection found that my oil drain plug had been over tightened and the oil pan would need to be replaced. I immediately returned to Take 5 and gave them the report and was told someone would get back to me. I waited a week and no one called. When I went back to follow up I did finally get a call back and surprise, surprise they denied all responsibility because Nissan inspected the vehicle. The district manager was rude and condescending and called my claim "minute" and although records show the last 4 oil changes were done by that shop because there was no video evidence, I could not prove that they were the ones that over tightened the drain plug. My wife and I visited this location for an oil change on her car. We couldn't get an oil change, because the cap was on extremely too tight and they didn't want to strip it, so they suggested we go to the location that last changed her oil to make sure they get it off without damaging. Even though we didn't get a service, I wanted to review their AMAZING staff. The staff was extremely nice and even offered us something to drink while we waited for the work to be done. At Take 5, you don't have to get out of your car for an oil change. They literally change your oil while you're still in the car and from what I hear, it doesn't take long at all. When I do need an oil change again, I'll definitely be going back to see them for their GREAT customer service! read more

I was a little disheartened when the old shop that was here closed. After stopping in 1 time for an oil change though I don't think I'll go anywhere else. They had me in and out in less then 10 minutes all while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor. They confirmed with me that I had oil in my vehicle after changing it and checked my air filter for free. Once again I'd highly suggest using them if you need any oil change services. read more

I've been bringing my car here since they opened up, because they're faster than the Honda dealer , and they're very efficient. I've had no problems with my oil changes and to top it off , speaking about topping it off they just told me that they offer for FREE ‼‼‼ top off oil, put air in my tires , window wiper fluids, etc. ! I have been to this shop at least four times for an oil change. Unfortunately this will be my last time. First, they would not accept a $25 coupon I presented to them. Second I asked the attendant if they had put air in my tires . He looked me straight in my face and lied . Unless the man was invisible and was using invisible air nobody put air in my tires . I had a low pressure indicator light still on when I started my car. He told me I had to drive 3 mi in order for the light to turn off, also not true I've had this car for 14 years and as soon as you put air in the tire the indicator light turns off. Do not use this location to have your oil changed or any other work done on your car. they are absolute scam artists, my daughter went in there today, they did work that did not need to ever be done, and they overprice her for a simple oil change. This place really takes care of their customers. This was the first time I brought my car in for quick service. I only needed some air in one of my tires. I pulled in and there was a nice lady who brought over some bottled water. There were about 4 guys outside a couple were working on one car when I arrived the others were cleaning and making sure the shop looked presentable. There was no waiting for service they started as soon as I put the car in park. I did get the air and the guys checked the fluids for me. I did like the fact that there are female employees working at a place like this. I have never seen this before so it made me feel good that women can get down and dirty too if need be. (Lol) One of the women put the air in the tire and she was telling me about my air pressure. I wish I would have gotten her name because she was very nice. As a matter of fact everyone I encountered was nice. Because of this service I will be back. read more

Take 5 is the Wal-Mart Tire Lube Express experience at dealership prices. Learn how to reset peoples oil gauges so their husbands don't have to. My wife didn't pay me, she paid you. Fantastic service, friendly staff, clean shop, and all at a reasonable rate. I was impressed, you even get to just sit in your car while they do it, no having to wait in some dingy waiting room. This place totaled my car and put transmission fluid in my oil. Do not take your car to this place for service! Pure incompetence. Also, Brooke is supposed to be an assistant manager and is the most disrespectful little girl I've ever met. She should not be in a management position!
