I took them for their word and the next day my wife took it on the highway and the plate got caught by the wind and started to tear off and creating sparks that scared my wife enough to pull over. Thank God that a nice gentleman pulled over to help her and removed the mangled plate. While this is not the fault of the shop, they should have known better than to leave it like that. Either remove it or at least put the remaining bolts on the front to avoid the wind catching it. I should have asked for more information but the mechanic was pretty casual about it so I trusted that it would be ok.
