It was graciously explained that you take an additional shot of rum and float it on top of the drink or mix in to make it extra boozy. I did enjoy the fresh shredded cabbage and carrots, reminded me of bahn mi. Empanadas- Loved the acidity of the sauce that cut through the fattiness of the ground meat. Light shell.
