EXCELLENT! great burritos (al pastor and birria). Super fast service and kind people doing the cooking. Delicious salsas. Red is flavorful and hotter than green which is so fresh and tastes like serranos. Comes with a few chips, a pepper, lime and is ready to take to go! Thank you.

This food truck is fire Food: Everything I mean everything is fire. Found this spot on my way to a little league game and decided to try it. I love when I find a gem on my own. The flavors are intense and have the right amount. They have everything. Burritos, tacos of all styles, burgers, combination plates, nachos, asada fries, I mean the list keeps going. Service: The staff was nice and the cooks move fast. Loved it. Atmosphere: What can I say it's a food truck. Don't expect much they do have seating and the people were nice around me. Price: The prices are a little on the high side most items are $10-$12 each but again I don't mind if the food is that good. Location: It's parked on Centinela Ave. on the street right in front of the CVS Pharmacy.

If you're looking for a good birrieria taco or any dish that has birrieria in it, Tacos Mar Vista is your spot! Honestly, it's the best taco truck in the area. It's located on Centinela Ave, off of Venice Blvd. They're parked right in front of the CVS and Mitsuwa Marketplace. I usually get the 5 birrieria tacos but there are days when I opt for the 2 dorados tacos or the birrieria fries. When it comes to spice level, it's not fiery hot. For those who can't handle hot peppers, you are safe. I usually add hot sauce or take it home and add my own chili peppers because I was born with a chili pepper in my hand, lol. I love that their truck is easy to spot. The vibrant red color stands out on a sunny day. The lines are long but moves along rather quickly around lunch time. The workers are friendly and the service fast. On lunch hour, it will take 15 minutes to push your order out, but usually takes 5-10 minutes when it's not busy at all. The pricing is affordable. A meal will run you $12-$15, depending what you get. It's well worth the money spent for a delicious and hearty meal that is fresh and made to order. 5/5 stars from me.

TMV, was on the taco list. I had an employee that is taco crazy, so for his appreciation lunch we checked it off tge list. Fairly busy on a Sat lunch, a few people waiting for food. Ordering was quick, and the service time wuote was about 10 minutes. Delivered on time. in n out well done. We ordered the beef tacos birria, a couple chicken and a birria quesadilla. The tacos and consume were very good. The quesadilla solid, consume excellent especially when you throw sll the onions and cilantro in. The chicken tacos looked sad, in comparison but no complaints. Lunch for 3, 10 tacos about $50 w/ tip. Not cheap but we order a lot if food, more than enough. The bike lane goes right thru where you order. Not well done LA.

Yes. Yes. And Yes! Amazing flavor. Wide selection. I'm writing this review while halfway through my meal. It's THAT GOOD! (Still can't believe it came from a truck!) Support Local!

It's not everyday you see a truck that sells birria. I love strong flavors, so when I saw a taco truck that serves intensely flavorful, stewed meat? It was a no-brainer for me to try the menu out. I got the 2 Dorados Taco combo that comes with a side of pinto beans, rice, red onion, and grilled pepper. Everything was so delicious and the sides were perfect to balance the meat-heavy tacos. Service was quick and straightforward. The overall ambience is good since the truck is conveniently parked right in front of a free parking lot of Mitsuwa, Chase, and CVS. Def need to come back!!

Literally the best taco truck on the westside. You can smell all the amazing smells as you're driving by. The prices are reasonable and the service is lovely. My only critique is that maybe they should consider adding some small chairs/tables But overall SO IMPRESSED with this taco truck. Their Birria is never super oily which is what I've noticed with other Birria places. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This place is great. I've had the Tacos Dorado and Quesa Birria, and to be honest don't know the difference. I'm going to have to try them side by side. Their consume is delicious. I drink it straight when I am done dipping the tacos in it.

This is a review for the truck on Santa Monica Blvd near the AAA/ McDonalds. Although I have seen their truck on Venice Blvd and near Mitsuwa in Mar Vista before too. Anyway, these birria tacos were fire . So so good, and they're really great value for the amount of food you order. I was literally surprised when I picked up my order and felt how heavy it was. They definitely don't skimp on fixings, salsa, consome etc. Service was quick and friendly and the truck was very clean at lunch time. Definitely recommend for these cloudy windy days we've been having!

Fire!!!! These tacos are delicious! So happy to finally find a taco truck that has consomé and birra near by. They have other options too but go for the birria.

Sonoratown was our first stop as it was highly recommended by my boyfriend's brother, and it did not disappoint. It immediately earned a spot in our top five favorite taco spots for carne asada in all of Southern California! The location that we went to is located in between Elysium DTLA and Perfumeria Starlux on E 8th St in downtown LA. There is only paid(?) street parking around the area that could be extremely difficult to find during work days. Because we couldn't snag a spot, my friends and I opted for takeout and didn't end up eating until about 30 minutes later. Despite the travel time, the tacos were still absolutely incredible--I can only imagine how spectacular it tastes fresh! My friends and I ordered the carne asada tacos, and my boyfriend opted for the cabeza. Before I even took a full bite, I tasted a piece of the loose carne asada and was blown away; it was perfectly cooked with a wonderful tenderness and deep smokiness. The use of a single, thin, handmade flour tortilla--rather than the standard double corn--was a total game-changer and exactly how I preferred my tacos. The salsas were equally impressive, offering fantastic flavor and a great kick. My boyfriend's cabeza taco was just as standout, featuring super-tender meat with a rich, savory profile. Wowowow! Between the exceptional meat quality, bold flavors, and great value, this is easily one of the best taco spots I've visited. It's a huge bummer that they don't have a location down in San Diego, but we will definitely be back!

I also tried the mulita with al pastor meat and that was also soso good. Cheesy, meaty, and indulgent. The additional topping section had good variety with pickled onions, cucumbers, etc. and everything seemed pretty fresh. Unfortunately, they were pretty much out of the roasted pepper and grilled onions at the time I went. To drink, I had the horchata and that was also very delicious. It was huge, sweet, and creamy. You can tell that it's house made and I liked the chewy texture of it. However, respectfully the filling felt and tasted like bean goo. I got this with asada meat and the meat was kind of chewy and not so flavorful on its own. Props to the tortilla though for not spilling everything out and holding it together well, but still a bit difficult to eat. I would ask for utensils when eating this dish. The green onion garnish was unique. I wish they gave more lime wedges because that helped elevate the dish. For $13 this wasn't too bad, but I'd rather get a better burrito from a street vendor. This is a casual eats type of place with both indoor and outdoor seating and tables. They also serve alcohol and even frozen alcoholic drinks.
