I was waiting in line for a good 10 minutes (the only obvious customer waiting, and the other cashier didn't even say anything to the other cashier that came over) as there was only one cashier who was assisting a customer. Then, another random lady popped up out of nowhere and decided to wait at the counter next to the cashier. Suddenly, another associate came and started to check her out instead of telling her that I was there waiting prior. Do Better So yes, if you have the time to kill, come here as they move slow and even ignore the customers who are in line and assist folks who cut line.

When I asked an employee for help finding volleyball sneakers, they responded by pointing me toward the volleyball equipment section, which did not answer my question at all. Thankfully, A.J., who was working in the sneaker area, understood what I was asking and stepped in to help. He was patient, knowledgeable and made the rest of the experience much easier. I ended up spending more than $600, and honestly, A.J.'s customer service is the main reason.
