So I did and when I asked to get it since they were right there she said I have to leave and come back in 2 hours with attitude. It took less than 15 minutes to process and customer service told me they CAN honor the price in store. Genesis has poor customer service skills. I felt like my concerns were dismissed instead of actually being listened to or resolved. The one bright spot was Luis, the other manager. He was genuinely kind, patient, and actually took the time to help me. He listened, tried to find a solution, and treated me with the customer service I expected from the beginning. I really appreciate Luis, but unfortunately the experience with management left a bad impression and I won't be rushing back to this location.

They also clean leather bags and other high-end items, which is really hard to find someone who actually knows how to do properly. You can tell they really take their time and care about the quality of their work. The customer service was great, very friendly and professional, and they explained the cleaning process so I felt comfortable leaving my items with them. If you have expensive shoes, leather bags, or designer items that need cleaning or restoration, I definitely recommend this place. I was also told the faded leather could be restored. I paid around $150 for the work, expecting my shoes to come back looking professionally repaired. Unfortunately, the wooden portion had white splatters all over it, and whatever was used on the leather looked extremely cheap and uneven like it had been spray-painted. The leather felt sticky and looked completely unnatural. I immediately pointed this out when I picked them up. He took the shoes back and said he could see the problem and would fix them. My concern was: if the work was clearly not acceptable, why were the shoes given back to me in that condition in the first place? I also had another pair of heels there that I had barely worn--only about twice. After seeing the condition of my sandals, I no longer felt comfortable having him work on those shoes and specifically asked for them back. He told me they had already started working on them. When I eventually got those back, there was also visible glue residue/streaking around the area where the patent leather had been worked on. On top of the quality issues, the shoes were supposed to be ready Monday. They weren't. I had a photo shoot and specifically needed them, so the delay was especially frustrating. They weren't ready until Tuesday. At this point, the sandals look so bad that I feel like I have to throw them away. I paid $150 for a repair and restoration, and instead I ended up with shoes that look poorly refinished. I understand that shoe repair is a craft and that not every repair will be perfect. But the quality of the work, the communication, the missed deadline, and the fact that I still haven't received the refund that was offered were all extremely disappointing.
